  4. Sometimes, when the credentials or Property code entered when connecting to VRP are wrong, there's no warning or status to indicate that.
    The only way to know is to create a test booking to see if there's any error. It's after the fact and leads to many issues to deal with.
    It'd be great if the system can test integration status and shows errors if any so we can prevent such issue.

  5. Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.

  6. I tried calling Quickbooks regarding the matter and they said that it is not possible on their end to change how the data is coming into Quickbooks. I wish to change the data export settings for Hostfully to allow the data to come into Quickbooks as accounts receivable records instead of sales receipts

  13. At the moment, Hostfully only shows the Risk score on Pipeline. It's not possible to direct users to Superhog directly to check more details when clicking on it from Pipeline view.

    We'd need to go to Superhog site to check more details on the report.

    It'd be nice if Hostfully has this feature.

  14. I would like to have more triggers on Zapier (for example: New Inquiry). Current triggers with Zapier are limited:
    - Cancelled booking.
    - New Booking.
    - Updated booking.

  15. Hostfully widget is a custom integration, this is why property manager cannot enroll in Chargeback Protection. Per this article "Stripe Checkout"  is a must

  16. Whimstay reservations are sent to quickbooks as if they are direct bookings, going into the agency clearing account. However, Whimstay is actually the merchant of record, and holds on to the funds until the guest arrives (like airbnb). These transactions should be reported to Quickbooks as going into a Whimstay Clearing account.

    => Lead details only apply to checkin/out DATES, not times. We don’t currently have a way to send times from the Lead details to the lock providers.
    On remote lock, the check-in and out time is used as the default check-in/ checkout.

    PM wants to have the option to change the activated pincode time when he wants to offer early check in or late check out.
