  4. It appears that captions don't appear on direct booking site when viewing photos.
    I’d think it’d be good if they were displayed somewhere.
    They have relevant and important information.
    It'd be great if captions can be shown there.

  5. At the moment, for BDC channel, Hostfully does not yet support multiple transactions on a single order and only receive the first reservation via API.

    We enquire Hostfully to work with booking.com to resolve the tech issue moving forwards. You note that it’s rare but we’ve already had about 3 of these bookings in a short period of time. If 2 suites are booked with booking - then it should automatically show on the calendar, without having to manually blocking out the calendar or raising separate cleaning jobs.

  7. When a guest or Property Manager (PM) submits a request to change their reservation, a temporary block will be placed in Hostfully PMP. If the PM or guest does not respond to the request, the temporary block will remain in PMP. I want to be able to submit, manage and withdraw Airbnb trip change requests in Hostfully; or make trip change requests auto expire after 24 hours, for example, so I don't have to withdraw the request from Airbnb to remove the block.

  11. Checkout instruction on Airbnb kept being updated as blank upon syncing.

    It's a new feature on Airbnb and Hostfully hasn't supported it yet via API (Airbnb PUT /listings.checkouttasks). Instead, Hostfully sends NULL by default, which overrides the updates on Airbnb UI.

  13. We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.

    We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
    We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week.   15. At the moment, when we select the "Damage policy options" on Booking.com Extranet, upon next sync, the system was changed and it couldn't have BDC collect SD via PBB.

    I want the option "I want to set up a damage programme that Booking.com will facilitate for me" on "Damage policy options" sticks.

    The map showing on DBS is too specific, it pins the exact location of the house. We would love to see the general map only.

    While labeling the site won't help and there's no way to customize it. It'd be great if we're given options to hide or adjust the Map showing on DBS
