  1. I have a trigger set-up to send my cleaner a message when a booking has been revised, the intent is if dates change, and for some reason she is getting updates for lots of non related items.

    I want a condition in triggers so she only gets updates when the dates change.

  2. I'd like to have a trigger fired a Job notification to an assigned service provider based on the Job type when there's a Job created.

    In other words, I'd like to have 1 more condition for Job created trigger which "Job type".

    And I want all service providers' jobs to be populated under that category.

  4. In Agency Settings -> Rental Conditions and Property -> Rental Conditions, add the ability to use template variables and HTML formatting.

    Some examples of how we could use this:
    - Use variables in the Agency Rental Conditions to include property-specific information, allowing us to have a single common text.
    - Include specific booking data such as damage waiver, number of nights, the actual guest name, etc.
    - The ability to format the conditions makes it far easier for a guest to read and understand.

  9. We'd love to have to create a template and then a trigger for that template using if / then condition.

    Example - IF a guest books during a certain period of time, such as April 2 through April 13th, THEN that guest is sent a template letting them know there will be certain activities not available to them during their stay

  10. We do a lot of quotes from direct bookings. It would be great to set a trigger that activates after a quote is sent. This way we can use it to automatically send a follow-up message to a quote.

    Additionally if a lead is closed (or automatic lead close time option is added!) it would be great to send a final message by a trigger that is based on a closed lead!

  11. My owners get a text message when a booking is confirmed. Some folks finalize a booking in the middle of the night...would like to be able to send the texts only between 8 am and 8 pm or something like that....so it doesn't wake anyone up.

  12. All trigger messages that are sent to non-guest are sent from "inbox@hostfully.com" and the replyto is "inbox@hostfully.com" This violate our branding and looks wonky. When recipients reply, we never get the message. Not getting the replies has proven very destructive with our service providers/guest experience. Additionally, something about all the email addresses and servers seems to cause messages to not be delivered at all or be delivered to spam.

  14. When creating a template that includes live links to the marketplace items (Early Check-In/Late Check-Out) the link seems to die once it hits Airbnb messenger. How do we ensure that the links will work as intended on all platforms? The links go directly to the item, such as early check-in, not just to the general marketplace page.

  15. Add "Short Description" as an available field to be used in Custom Templates.

    The only available property name in the Custom Templates field dropdown is the "Public Name" which is the listing description header. This is often too long or provides marketing language to attract prospects.

  20. Having a trigger to send a message to guests at a specific date would be helpful for seasonal newsletters as well as recurring things that are date specific such as yearly events, date that kayaks are removed, date that indoor fireplaces are opened up.
