Have ability to turn off System template for specific reservations
Yes as for our concern, some of our guest did not experience a great stay due to unwanted issues that occur and sometimes issues are out of our control. It would be helful to have an option to turn off specific review request to a guest that booked directly and have experienced an issue.
I want to turn off system template on some bookings that we don't want to send out the message.

Allow the wording 'Government ID' to be changed on the Pre arrival form-UK based guests do not understand this terminology
We are constantly getting asked 'What is government ID?' from our guests as we do not use this terminology in the UK so it is confusing.
Also-we don't require their ID number so would be good for this to also be optional.
Can we have the option to amend this wording on the pre arrival form please?1 vote -

Specified Date Trigger
Having a trigger to send a message to guests at a specific date would be helpful for seasonal newsletters as well as recurring things that are date specific such as yearly events, date that kayaks are removed, date that indoor fireplaces are opened up.

Resend triggers if the lead's dates were modified
Triggers should fire again if the lead's dates have changed. For example "X days before stay starts".

Ability to rename Government ID field for Pre-arrival form
Our guests are confused by the request for "government ID." We would prefer for it to be specific and say "Driver's License or Passport.". We would love to edit such field on UI.

Send whatsapp messages from a phone number of my choice (ie our business whatsapp line)
As a PM I would like to send whatsapp messages from my own unique number so that guests can whatsapp me on this number but also call me on this number. I would also then like to have my own logo as the whatsapp profile picture

Have internal thumbnail image as a variable for quote messages.
The internal thumbnail image shows up on the Available Property List, but not the quote or alternative properties messages. It would be great to have those thumbnail images appear in the other messages as well. Or, have those as variables that can be added to messages!

Be able to create a trigger based on guidebook marketplace purchase.
As there is a system template to notify the agency when a guidebook market place purchase has been made, it would be really useful to have a trigger that would allow us to customize the recipient of the notifications.

Trigger Day of week apply can have time to run
The trigger Day of the Week which is sent at 9:00 AM of the day. It's usually applied to all guests, including those checking out that day; however, sending this message to someone who is leaving doesn't quite make sense.
To avoid any confusion, it may be best to modify the trigger so that messages are only sent to guests who are actively staying during the day. Additionally, perhaps it would be wise to consider specified times when triggering these messages.

Allow for Triggered Messages to support company office house
Guests message at all hours of the day and night and while we would love to respond, often times, answers can wait until the next day. We would love it if we could set up a triggered message that would auto respond to a confirmed guest during out of office hours. In that message, we could certainly include information about emergency contacts if appropriate for the situation. Please add this so that we can have days off!

Add more info to system template "Payment failed"
I got an email saying that a payment had failed, but giving no additional information about the lead. I want to see more info so that I can find the lead and follow up with payment.
