  2. The reason the prospect is not moving forward with transitioning from Guesty to Hostfully is due to not having grandchild listing. We have parent child listing, but Guesty allows you to have parent/child/grandchild listing which she needs.

  4. Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings and all other platforms, especially Occupancy Tax/ City tax / Tourist tax.

    Because, the governmental rule can be that this occupancy tax is valid up until a certain number of nights (in this case 30 nights). So, it must not be shown when a guest books for 31 nights.

    • Hostfully only has the option Ignore tax charge for over applied to Rental and Cleaning fee taxes, not Occupancy tax.

    • Long term stay exemption from Fees & Policies tab only applies to Airbnb, not Direct Booking.

  6. It might be confusing between Minimum nights and weekend minimum nights in property settings. I just think people will think that the minimum stay requirement would override a minimum weekend requirement.

    It would be great to show a more detail in the tooltip to inform users that weekend minimum nights will override minimum nights field.

  7. At the moment, if property type is "boutique hotel", the available listing types are "private room" and "shared room". I want to choose listing type "entire home", so that it's displayed as an entire place, rather than a room on Airbnb. We don't want guests to think it's only a room. It's the entire hotel.

  8. If I have minimum 2 days bookings on my properties I'll likely to have som orphan days to. If my property is booked from monday to wednessday and then again from thursday to saturday and then again from sunday to tuesday. I'll have orphan days from wednesday to thursday and then again from saturday to sunday.
    Orphan day comes up when minimum days of 2 or more comes up and there is a slot between bookings that cannot be booked because of the minimum days.

    PriceLabs has there solution for how to fill out the orphan days, but the told…

  9. If I get a sandwich night, one night left in between the platform shuts it out as my min booking is two nights but I don't mind opening one-nighters in such scenario.

  11. We would like to have Property Bulk edit on the Pricing page where Nightly price, minimum stay and Check-in/out Restrictions work separately. It means that you could choose to bulk edit some of them or all of them instead of default bulk edit for 3 of them.

Adding photos in the check-in instruction section under properties, will not only improve the guest experience, it will also be time saving for the property manager, as he or she will have to answer less questions from the guest. Photos are also universal, so in many cases guest that don't understand English or the languages Hostfully support, can still access the property effortless. I know other PMS does have it.

    Furthermore it is easier to show the guest where to park their car or.

  14. Allow the cleaning fee to vary depending on the length of stay. For instance if a guest has a long stay of two months the cleaning fee should be double a typical 5 night stay.

  15. The issue is new property on Booking.com requires no prepayment and full refund policy until they clarify the listing so changing it from Channel level will affect all other listings. Really inconvenient.

  18. I'd like the ability to set a minimum reservation value. This would be similar to the minimum nightly rate, except that it would apply to the total rent amount rather than each night.

    For example, if I had a minimum nightly rate of $100 and a minimum reservation value of $150 then a two night stay would be $200 minimum while a one night stay would be $150 minimum.

    This is related to the existing "minimum price rule," but a little different.

  19. Guests receive an automated message in a specific language, but the variable "check-in instructions" from the property page can not be created in multiple languages. Many guests receive a german message, but the access instruction in that message are in english, this is a very bad guest experience.
