Re-opening this UV since we do NOT provide the guest contact information on the Owner Portal, only the guest's first and last name.
The request here is to provide the contact info, which can include:
- email address
- phone number
- cell phone number
- mail address

Shared owner reports would be able to work with both login by domain platform.hostfully.com or PM's custom domain
At the moment, when PM customize a custom domain, the shared reports for owner would not accessible if owner login with Hostfully domain. I would like to have this worked both on my custom domain or Hostfully domain.

Ability to Set up Multiple Owner Accounts at once or Add Owners in Bulk
An agency can have a lot of owners and if PM is able to bulk add owners to PMP using an Excel spreadsheet, that would be a lot faster and more convenient to manually add one by one.

Expanded User Role Functionality for Owners within Portfolio
I’d like to propose an enhancement to the current user role functionalities — specifically geared toward owner users on the platform.
We currently use Hostfully to manage a growing portfolio of properties, and we’d love to offer more tailored access to owners whose properties are part of our ecosystem. This would allow us to increase cross-utilization, streamline internal coordination, and maintain operational control.
Here’s what we envision:

1. Cross-Portfolio Inquiry Option (non-booking):
Owners should be able to view all properties within the portfolio (except financial data), and trigger inquiries for stays in other properties —…1 vote -
Bring back prior owner permissions option
Previously the owner permission option "Owner can block dates" would show the booked reservation blocks on the calendar but no details about the reservation (guest name, contact info, etc.). When the owner permissions were updated recently that was lost and I would like to see it come back.
Now the options are:
1) "Owner can block dates" only shows the nights that are available/unavailable without showing the actual blocks. That means that when you have reservations back-to-back owners can't see where the turnover window is. We need more detail than this.

Not show jobs in the Owner Portal
Have the option to not show the blue dot for jobs on the owner portal calendar

Alert when existing email is updated automatically
When there's an existing role (owner / guest / service provider) and they accidentally or not try to create a new PM account, the system should not change an existing role's email automatically (+xxx), or at least should notify the role / associating PM about such change.

Owner CRM
I want to track rentals based on owners, also a property CRM could work. Where I can see rows of each rental and have constant contact with the owners. If a property has not had a rent in over 3 months, send an automated mail to maintain our contact going. Also track other things, like a column of last price update to have in mind what is missing for each owner and maintain that.
