  1. For now, the information about types of supported credit cards does not match between Hostfully and VRBO. That causes issues and confusion. On VRBO, it should only show the supported types of credit cards.

  2. Booking.com reservation commission should be imported & there should be a field for this in the Enhanced Reporting just like Airbnb Host Service Fee. Sometimes I choose to pay more commission so that BDC boosts my ranking on specific dates. This makes it hard for me to show the correct Booking.com reservation commission in the Enhanced Reports.

  3. I'd like to receive all financial updates on Airbnb bookings from the Airbnb Resolutions Center on the order in Hostfully so financials can be in synch for bookings and reporting.

    Problem Statement:

    Right now, if a guest is refunded or funds are collected from a guest using the Airbnb resolution center, then Hostfully does not receive that information for updating bookings and therefore Reporting. This causes a gap in reporting and makes it hard to reconcile.

  4. The primary contact on Booking.com needs to be the booking agent not the Admin of the Hostfully Account.
    At least remove the syncronization so we can enter the good information because when I make the change it went back the next day.

    The customer contact me instead of the agent. It doesnt make sens.

  5. Airbnb has a new option to add photos to a "where you'll sleep" section. As a PM, having the ability to add photos to that section helps me improve my listing and set expectations.

    As a traveler, it provides me more details on the sleeping arrangements.

    I am not currently able to use this section with a full sync from Hostfully to Airbnb as Hostfully does not support it in the API. The only option I have right now, is to do a partial sync or not use that functionality on Airbnb.

    Hi everyone! Thank you so much for writing in about Airbnb's "where you'll sleep" feature.  We just released the enhancement today.


    To use this feature, make sure Airbnb is turned on at the Channels and Property level. Then go to the Property and the Photos tab.


    From there, you can enable the "where you'll sleep" option and then map it to the room in the drop-down list. Please see the screen shot attached.

  6. Airbnb has launched adding a non refundable discount to a cancellation policy - https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2600/offer-a-nonrefundable-option - this is not currently supported by Hostfully and we would like the option to add this discount in.

  10. I want to be able to manage Wifi Details from hostfully and not in each channel directly. Some of our guests go to airbnb app to view wifi user username and password so we want to ensure it is correct. When we create a new listing in hostfully and push to airbnb and Vrbo that info is missing.

  11. There are several new cancellation policies on Airbnb which Hostfully has told me aren't available in the API so they can't offer. My suggestion is to add a no sync option so you could manually change in the Airbnb portal to the new policy and then would not revert back when the channel is synced in Hostfully. The new policies include Firm and Firm / Non-refundable. Firm allows cancel up to 30 days prior and 50% refund up to 7 days prior to check-in. Firm Non-refundable gives a second option where the price is 10% less but is non-refundable. Flexible…
