  2. In email templates, the day of the week and month abreviations are in English, also to French recipients. It should be translated into the template language.

    On top of that, the date and month are inverted for us European. It's very confusing and makes us sound like a foreign automated company.

    See attached printscreen: it should say "du mercredi 16 juillet 2025 au dimanche 27 juillet 2025"

  3. Task management 'complete' button for guest, team messaging.

    For example, a potential client with 200 listings based in Australia would like to be able to slightly task manage within the unified inbox. For example, a guest asks to replace something, the team can read the message, take on the task to do the job, and in the unified inbox, be able to mark the job as complete.

  7. How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?

    For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

  8. As a property manager, I want the auto 2nd payment balance to be rescheduled whenever I update the split payment settings on the property settings page. This ensures that payment handling for leads is automatically adjusted based on the updated settings, maintaining accuracy and reducing manual intervention.

    Current Behavior: When the split payment settings are updated on the property’s main settings page, the payment handling for the associated lead is not rescheduled. However, updating the lead directly in the lead modal correctly triggers the rescheduling of the payment due handling.

  10. When messages are edited in Airbnb only the original version shows in Hostfully. Syncing full edit history is a big ask, but showing the current version should be relatively easy from a product perspective, as long as the data is available from the Airbnb API

  11. For mid-term rentals: integrate with rental listing sites like ZILLOW and AVAIL.

    Pretty much just for the availability! It is annoying to have to "confirm availability" for both Zillow and Avail AND update the availability separate from Hostfully.

  13. Requesting an enhancement to Hostfully's Zapier integration to automate the process of triggering review requests via Airbnb review. Specifically, they want to automatically trigger a "Zap" when a guest leaves a 5-star review on Airbnb. Currently, they have to manually extract 5-star reviews from Hostfully reservations and upload the data to Nice Jobs (additional tool used by customer), which is time-consuming.

    Key Issues:
    Hostfully does not have a trigger for Airbnb reviews, particularly 5-star reviews.
    Existing "notes" triggers in Hostfully's Zapier integration are unclear regarding which note fields are actionable.

  14. Currently, photos and beds assigned to the Common Space room type are not displaying correctly on Airbnb. This is due to Airbnb’s decision to sunset support for the common_space designation by July 2025.

  15. On guidebook portal > the page Property Management Platform Imports
    With the current flow to import from PMP, I will need to
    - Click to the PMP Import page
    - Click on import from PMP button
    - Being redirected to the page adjust the guidebook > Save
    - Then I must click the PMP Imports page again > re-allocate the property name > Click the import from PMP button to import the new one.
    Ex: If I have 40 properties, this flow would need to be repeated 40 times which caused a very unpleasant experience.

When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

  19. It would be great to have a feature where we can put a "hold" in the calendar for a guest, but without blocking off the calendar. For mid-term rentals, this would be helpful to us as some people book far in advance and it would be best to place them in a unit that works better for our vacancy windows. Basically, we want them "on the calendar" without blocking any calendar dates for others to book, as the individual is flexible on the unit we place them in.
