  2. Our front desk can look at the Hostfully calendar and easily see what units are vacant due to early check outs. It will be quite inconvenient to manually check each reservation to figure out which ones are really occupied.

  3. Adding a notes section for reservations in the Owner Portal so owner's can see in real time notes from PM whether it's changed 5 minutes before the reservation or 1 day before, etc.

  4. For all of my messages to a guest, it would be really nice for my signature below to automatically populate. I am able to add a signature area to all of my templates, but it's not an option from the inbox. I think it looks way more professional than just a short response that comes across more like a text message.

  8. As an owner, I cannot easily tell which report is which from Owner Portal. It'd be better if we can add the date to when the report was sent, or the date range to Owner Portal > Statements.

  11. As a PM, I would like to share certain transit information on the public listing and more specific how-to in the directions shared only with confirmed booking guests.

    "Transit" section Hostfully is mapped to both Getting Around (public) and Directions (only shared after booking is confirmed) on Airbnb. The purpose for these fields are very different. "directions" may have more exact details about getting to the home, which is quite different from a public-facing "Getting Around" section

    So they should be separated.

  12. We like to block a day after a long-term stay to give us the opprotunity to conduct a full, deep-clean and to address any issues and schedule maintenance.

    Having an "auto" block for each 30+ day stay allows this portion to be automated.

  13. RemoteLock pincode should be automatically created for future leads created before the integration. At the moment, the integration is not backward compatible, and I need to resave the previous applicable leads to get synced with RemoteLock.

    Thank you for your feedback. We would need to make this configurable, because many PMs would already have entered pin code in another way and would not want existing pins to be overwritten.

  14. I am trying to create a simple report for cleaners that will list checkout dates for say the next 4 weeks. This will be automatically sent to the cleaners each week.

    Currently the scheduler only allow for Last week, last month, this week, this month etc. I need forward looking dates e.g, next 4 weeks, next 3 months

  15. The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.

    I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

  16. It would be valuable to add additional variables the the Review templates we use.

    I manage multiple properties and like to mention in the review how many guests stayed and the name of the property.

    I currently am not using this feature due to this limitation and it was one of the reasons I signed up for Hostfully.

  17. Guest portal should show 'Statement' information even for Vacation Rent Payment users. This feature is currently not working for those who use VRP - maybe just pull order_statement merge field to fill that information. I have many guests who ask for this info and who attempt to use guest portal but it doesn't populate.

    This is a feature we have been planning to support for a while. We'll keep you posted as the analysis for it moves along.

  19. I have a lot of Rules I add one at a time in the Rules section (bottom) of the Fees & Policies on each property.
    Sometimes I want to change the order they show up or just edit one...
    There is no way to do this.
    I have to delete them all and add them all back.
    Feature request is:
    1) Edit existing Rules
    2) Rearrange the order or Rules

  20. Every time that I send out a message template and I don't have the custom variable filled out in the area, it will populate with this: [$INSTAGRAM$].
    I want if there wasn't a variable inserted, you could default it to nothing. This is a feature request that I have, please
