Automated responses to Airbnb inquiries
It would be so wonderful to have the option for an automated response to inquiries. I came from Hospitality.com and REALLY got used to my inquires having an automatic response from me and not having to stress about that response time. I'm desperately missing that feature and hope it can be added to Hostfully in the near future. Thank you!

Calendar - Save Our Filters!
The new calendar is great. Thank you.
It would be helpful to remember the filter conditions when we return to the calendar enquiry. As it stands all conditions are dropped and we have to continualy re-enter them. We do a lot of work from within the calendar area and it would help to preserve the set of properties we are working on rather than lose them every time we return to the stacked calendar view.

Reveal Sub units once opening the new Central calendar without clicking on the expand icon of the master one
Regarding the new Hostfully Central calendar, for the sub units, I would like for it to open with sub-units open the first time so i don’t have to load the page twice.

Adjust calendar to be consistently Sun-Sat
The new calendar view is Monday first, then Sunday last. But it's always been Sunday first, Saturday last. When drilling into reservation details, it's also Sunday first. Please adjust to be consistent and stick with Sunday first. It's very confusing.

On enhanced reports allow use to report blocked nights (so we can show owners)
Show blocked nights by owners and for maintenance on enhanced reports. We can then clearly see that while occupancy may be low that if the owner blocked 7 nights it shows on the report.

Make check in/out availability visible again from the calendar view
With the current/old calendar it used to be that if dates were unavailable for check in/out they would appear red. That made it easy to see whether dates were correctly marked as unavailable across the entire portfolio.
With the new calendar we have lost that functionality. Can we get that back? It would also be incredibly useful to be able to update the check in/out restrictions for certain dates across the entire portfolio at once.

Make the calendar truly full screen (kill the "scroll within a scroll")
It's not truly full screen now, which leaves you with the "scroll within a scroll" (i.e. there are two righthand scroll bars, one for the browser and one for the calendar). Those are always a pain to work with, and make it difficult to find the bottom (left-right) scroll bar.
That would also make it possible to remove the silly dead space at the top where it says "[Agency] Properties Calendar"

Update quote API endpoint
Include the multiplier rate in the quote results. Include both the pre-tax and tax priced for cleaning. Include the calculated price that you show in your own widgets (which looks to be rate * multiplier + cleaning fee, all with Math.round()... That or explain what each response value is actually matching to at least! And it would be ideal to get the quotes for ALL available properties rather than just 1 at a time since your hourly API limit is SO LOW. Thanks!

single property calendar feedback
it would be really nice to have the direct link to the property listing page back again at the top right.
it is impossible to see the dates of a month when these are booked. See screenshot attached. It would be good to show the dates above the booked dates
back-to-back booking does not always have the white space in between. see screenshot attached
mouse over shows Channel, Guest Name, # adults and price. It would be nice to have check in/out date mentioned as well.

Jump to date with available from selection
Great improvement with the new calendar!
When selecting the "available from" field and leaving the "available to" field empty, it would be great when the calendar jumps to this date.

Mobile app: Add ability to copy messages
The request: Add the ability to copy messages in the inbox on the Mobile App.
On the mobile app, it is currently not possible to copy messages in the inbox. This is important because I often copy guest questions and forward them to our cleaning team who has the answers. Without that, I'm forced to log in on a computer to copy the messages, which is tough to do when on the road. Further, if I could do this, I could copy previous messages I've written to other guests (like "Thank you for staying with us....we'd appreciate if you left…

VRBO integration: display the correct types of supported credit cards
For now, the information about types of supported credit cards does not match between Hostfully and VRBO. That causes issues and confusion. On VRBO, it should only show the supported types of credit cards.

Bulk edit the price and min stay per night
So we can now view the price and minimum stay per night in the new calendar beta. Great! But can we edit it for one or multiple properties at once?
YES! This is coming in our 2nd version of the new Central Calendar !

Full calendar integration with Booking.com
We urgently need calendars to be properly synced with Booking.com. At the moment booking.com doesn't take into account the 'no check in/outs allowed' for specific dates. This means we could get people checking in on Christmas day or New years eve, which we do not want.

Bunk Beds as 2 Beds
Currently, Hostfully's API considers bunk beds to be 1 bed. This maps to Airbnb as 1 bed and Vrbo as 2. It seems like an easy fix to have Hostfully's API actually show bunk beds as 2 beds in their interface.
