  1. View all recent reviews in one report or place in hostfully. With multiple properties, it is too tedious to go through each property to read reviews. One report that displays all reviews would work great.

  2. Hi, you should let add info from the pre arrival forms to the enhanced reports. In my case, the Colombian government make us have a registration card for each reservation so the info I need from guests, can be add to the pre arrival form and then to the reports.
    The passport number CANNOT be added to the enhanced logistics report because is not available.

  3. A change log history for which shows which agent:
    - accepted the booking
    - communicated when
    - changed booking details
    - adjusted dates
    - changed price
    - cancelled a booking
    - changed property data
    - deactivated properties, channels, integrations

    Basically a history log for all bookings.
    Especially important when working with multiple agents handling the same booking.

  4. I would like to run a cleaning report to see how many jobs were done in a period of time. Currently I have manually count the number of jobs on the calendar to see how many jobs have been done. This leaves a large margin for error.

  5. More fields in Property reports to export data such as property information (address/ long-lat), listing content (description, note, public name, rules ...), property setup (property type, bedrooms - bed type, guests, rate, fees ....).

    It would be much more helpful if we can export it from UI as we have multiple properties and this kind of report can help us with an overview of properties setup and we can figure what we have to fix.

  6. Currently, when an Airbnb guest cancels their stay outside of their free cancellation period (ours is Firm), the reservation is not updated with the correct payout information. We need to capture the cancelled bookings earnings in our reports.

    We tried to used the filter in reports to not screen the Cancelled Lead status. This was not a fix because in doing this the total cost of the reservation is displayed rather than the actual payout after the cancelation policy was applied, so, the total cost of the cancelled booking is included in the earnings report, obviously not good.

  7. Tracking of messages and quotes sent. It would be very helpful if we can know if messages and quotes have been successfully delivered and opened, like what Mailchimp does. I am new but have not successfully gotten a booking from a quote being sent, so knowing if the messages are going to spam or inbox and evened opened would be helpful, so message content or title can be changed to increase views.

  8. When I go to the "Financial Reports" and "Export Extended Data" it produces an Excel spreadsheet. The problem with that sheet is that the dollar values for all the rent, fees, etc come out in the spreadsheet as a TEXT field ($100) instead of a number (100), so the data cannot be used to add up a total because it's TEXT and not a NUMBER. Surely this can be easily fixed by your development team so these spreadsheets come out ready to use.

  10. If owners can create recurring monthly/weekly expenses one time and those are added automatically to the monthly statement and reports for the owners (except when they are manually removed), it will cut down a lot of manual expense adding every month for owners and property managers.

  11. When creating an enhanced report, Owner Blocks and Agency Blocks should be recognized as reservations or its own separate category that can be included in the report. This is very critical when looking at financials and occupancy.

  17. We need a better designed Daily Report and it needs to include Ongoing stays. Airbnb has this feature and it's such a nice "at a glance" for my entire team to view and get their bearings for the day. This should be on our dashboard -not hidden under Reports.

  18. I think it would be so awesome to have all the information regarding a guest available on a single printable page. The view order page is most helpful, but it could use a few additional pieces of information. It would better if it included the guests contact information as well as the day of the week for arrival and departure. Currently it shows the dates, but it would be so much easier for me if it showed the dates and days of the week.
