Offer Simple Logistics Report
I would like to run a very simple, streamlined report that only shows the check ins or the check outs for the parameters entered and for it not to include ongoing stays. This is a logistical report so the teams can cross reference the cleanings scheduled for the check outs for that day or the greeters for the check ins that day. I was told this was not possible. Seems it would be a simple and basic thing to have that would be helpful.

And you can schedule this report to be sent on a daily basis.

Send RemoteLock PIN to Breezeway
Breezeway has the ability to send guests the electronic door pin via text, however Hostfully isn't currently sending the PIN info to Breezeway.
Can the integration be updated to send the relevant reservation details?

'All Properties' widget should default to 'No units available for your selected dates'
Currently if a guest searches that 'all properties' widget and there is nothing available for their dates, they are invited to submit a request for a quote form. What? They should receive instead a message that says there are no dates available for their stay and either - be given a selection of available units for adjacent weeks, OR simply be directed back to a calendar to change their dates. We had to take this off our website because it was just so awful to deal with people thinking their submitting quote requests for dates that are clearly not available.

Increase character limit in "Stay Details/Extra Notes"
For longer term stays it often becomes necessary to keep notes about the guest and their stay. The current limit of 255 characters doesn't allow for keeping track of enough information.

IMPORTANT Reporting problem - bookings are transfered to the next month - wrong analytics and reports
For example, if the bookings are going from June 25th to July 14th then the whole bookings are being imported to the June report.
So that would show that from June 30 days I have guests for 42 nights.
The solution: if the booking is going from one month to another take that booking total price and divide by the number of nights to get the nightly rate and split it to each of the days.
Super important for our business because we have to do reports monthly for all our clients and all reports and KPI's are wrong at…

Remove the cents from pricing.
The prices are like "From $255.22". The cents part makes it feel "funny" to me. I mean, i'm renting something for $255, am am i comparison shopping on cents? no. full dollars would seem better imho. i just checked airbnb and that's how it is there.

During Create Booking SIte, enable Multiple Booking Sites by location or specialty
We want to see an Add Booking Page allow for multiple specialty booking pages for destinations, popular area’s like fisherman’s wharf, little Italy, neighborhoods, or reports, Basically the ability to add a booking page and we could add the properties we wanted to add with its own URL.
Allow multiple booking sites. Properties can be selected to show up as desired . Likewise, properties could be selected for multiple sites or just one site.

Wifi Details Airbnb and Vrbo
I want to be able to manage Wifi Details from hostfully and not in each channel directly. Some of our guests go to airbnb app to view wifi user username and password so we want to ensure it is correct. When we create a new listing in hostfully and push to airbnb and Vrbo that info is missing.

Airbnb no sync option for cancellation policies allowing new Firm cancellation
There are several new cancellation policies on Airbnb which Hostfully has told me aren't available in the API so they can't offer. My suggestion is to add a no sync option so you could manually change in the Airbnb portal to the new policy and then would not revert back when the channel is synced in Hostfully. The new policies include Firm and Firm / Non-refundable. Firm allows cancel up to 30 days prior and 50% refund up to 7 days prior to check-in. Firm Non-refundable gives a second option where the price is 10% less but is non-refundable. Flexible…

Create a trigger that would not send email.
This would probably save the most time from all suggestions.
So for example, if a guest has not paid in full, I do not want to send the email with the key code.
For now, I have to check every booking manually and then delete the email and then send it again when the guest paid it.
So having a 2 triggers in one would make this so much easier.
I have seen this idea on Zeevou and it works like magic to save time and make sure guests don't get info on how to get to the property if…

Have a function where bad guests who are not welcomed back are flagged just incase they try and make another reservation in the future

Include "From" before Nightly Base Price listed on Hostfully's Direct Booking Website
The Nightly Base Price is listed on the property's direct booking page. It rarely is the same as the quoted rate. It should state "From" before the rate.

Delete RemoteLock Pin upon Guest Cancellation
If a guest cancels a reservation, the RemoteLock pin is still active. Hostfully should send an update to RemoteLock to deactivate the Pin or Delete the Guest record.

View Recipients in Scheduled Messages
Only message recipients for Hostfully reservations are viewable in the Scheduled Messages table. If you have multiple scheduled messages with the same scheduled time, there is no way to distinguish who the messages are going to or through which platform, e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, etc.

Increase Turn Over Day Settings
Wondering if it is possible for you to increase the turnover days settings, as on Airbnb they allow more than 2 days in between each booking. This is essential at this time to ensure the safety of our cleaning contractors when cleaning in between bookings.

Create a "today's checkouts" template to email to cleaning team
Should be easy enough to create a system template that will email a list of today's checkouts to my cleaners, either the day of the checkout or time sensitive (ie, at 9pm the night beforehand, email the cleaning service provider a list of tomorrow's checkouts)

Add option to automatically create cleaning tasks each time a new reservation is made
Add option to be able to automatically create cleaning tasks on the check out date each time a new reservation is made. Ideally should be able to send to cleaners enabled on that specific property in serial or parallel until someone accepts to do that specific task.

API Updates
Would it be possible to provide a query parameter of propertyUID for the orders endpoint?
Right now the leads endpoint has partial/limited order information, so its difficult to pull all information regarding the actual order transaction that is occurring per property..
