  1. Please allow the option to make one-time use discount codes. This means that it is a specific code that only can be used one time by one person. For instance if you want to give someone a special discount code that you don't want them sharing with all their friends or the whole internet. It is used once and can't be used again.

There should be a way to require/not require the Upload a government-approved identification (especialy if the guest is booking directly with me through Hostfully/Orbirental and not outside channels). This is optional to our guests. This is not optional for me as a host as if I need to take legal action, I don't have proof that the person is who they say they are when it comes to the rental agreement.
    This would help "automate" the whole process (the main reason I am using software to aid in the creation of these bookings).

  3. I would like Hostfully to have two factor authentication to enhance my account security. Also, I want to have access to user level log so I could see the IP addresses that logged in and what exactly they clicked on in case the account is hacked.

  6. I see the the form has been updated so it can be customized. However it now asks for both the ID and the Passport of the guest. We only require one of these. I have been getting pushback from guests who do not have a passport. Please remove one of or combine these fields.

    This has been completed. The form now only refers to government IDs, whether they are a passport or any other official government ID. This should remove the confusion associated with mentioning passports.

  10. Here is the ideal scenario.

    Guest books and receives a welcome message and an arrival form. In the message, it lets him know that the access code will be sent upon completion of the arrival form.

    Once the guest completes the arrival form, I would have created a trigger for arrival form completion (which doesn't currently exist) and the guest will receive the access information.

    This flow makes a lot of sense. That would make the interaction a little more organic ensuring that the guest cooperates and fills out the arrival form.

  12. As a PM I would like to have my text messages separated by “returns” on the keyboard. Right now, I can enter returns in SMS templates, but when I click save then the system deletes them and make it difficult for guests to read my SMS messages.

  13. I OFTEN have guest confused on our direct booking page "but it said (from) $123 a night, but when I clicked the dates it's $350 a night." *the somehow MISS the "from."

    I answer "Yes- you are seeing the LOWEST pricing (I use Beyond pricing) for a random Sunday or Monday night."

  14. Currently you can only post expenses to the owners net pay calculations. However, I have expenses that need to come out of the gross before the PM % and Owner % are calculated. It would be nice to have the option to apply the expense to the Gross, PM%, or Owner%.

    ALSO, currently the fees for Airbnb are NOT BEING CALCULATED in the reporting features! This is huge cost to my business because without that fee coming out of the gross income amount, I as the PM am being stuck with the expense! And there is no way to see…

  19. The direct booking site displays calendar dates that don't allow check-in (for specific listings) in a darker blue color. It does not explain (to the guest) that those dates are available. To the guest, they appear to be occupied, which may discourage them from booking a longer stay.
    Displaying that check-in/out is not allowed may encourage them to try for a longer stay, rather than gicing up on those dates (idea from Jaci Christian)
