  3. As a PM I would like to send whatsapp messages from my own unique number so that guests can whatsapp me on this number but also call me on this number. I would also then like to have my own logo as the whatsapp profile picture

  4. The internal thumbnail image shows up on the Available Property List, but not the quote or alternative properties messages. It would be great to have those thumbnail images appear in the other messages as well. Or, have those as variables that can be added to messages!

  7. As a Property Manager, I would like to get as much information as possible about the SMS/Email notification upon receiving a new message. It would be better to know which guest [$GUESTNAME$] is sending the message, from which channel [$LEADCHANNEL$]/which property [$PROPERTYINTERNALNAME$].

    At the moment, only these 2 variables work for trigger event “New Message in Inbox” because the message is thread-oriented. I want more variables to work with this event.

  8. Guests message at all hours of the day and night and while we would love to respond, often times, answers can wait until the next day. We would love it if we could set up a triggered message that would auto respond to a confirmed guest during out of office hours. In that message, we could certainly include information about emergency contacts if appropriate for the situation. Please add this so that we can have days off!

  11. "Percentage at reservation" from Property Settings => Main settings tab, for example 30% at reservation and collect balance at 15 days prior to checkin date => this variable "Percentage at reservation" will pull 30%

    "Deposit amount" means the amount guest has to paid at reservation. For example percentage amount at Property Settings => Main settings tab is 30% and guest's booking total without Security deposit is $1000 so this variable "Deposit amount" pulls 30% * 1000$ = 300$

  14. Using the label "Government issued ID" might prevent confusion on what is required for this field. I see the term "Government issued ID" more often than "Government ID" for something like this.

    We recently had a guest get confused because they "didn't work for the government", and didn't understand what they were supposed to do.

  15. I need to have a variable to pull the available property with an agency web link, not DBS link for "Email Property List"
    As an example: for instead when an available property is:

  16. It would be amazing for PMs to have the ability to stop all future automated messages (such as review request templates) if the guest had an issue during their stay to prevent a bad review from coming, an automated message can remind them to leave a review.

    The other scenario where this can benefit is if the guest caused damage and you do not want to send any follow-up automated messages to remarket to them to come stay again

  17. We are looking to send messages to our current guests when there are additional nights available at the property they are staying at. In order to automate this process we would need a trigger that sends the message 1 day before check out if the property is available for the guest to extend their stay.

Simply to have a trigger for a failed payment due to insufficient funds that would send a message for the guest to know their payment didn’t go through with a new secure payment link and possibly a reminder that their reservation will only be held for a period of time (maybe a week depending on how far out the booking is) unless payment is successfully processed.

    I may just create my own template to use manually.
