Customized Permissions for Team Members
Would be wonderful to be able to edit and customize access for team members, currently you can only set:
Manager - Full access
Booking agent - pipeline, calendar...
Property sales manager - property and owner creation
Associate - view mode onlyHaving customized access could give more control over who can access certain properties / features.

Ability to Set Age Restrictions for Bookings Across All Channels
I’d like to request the ability within our PMS to set an age restriction for our properties—for example, to only accept guests who are 21 years of age or older—and automatically prevent bookings from anyone under 21.
Could this feature be developed to work across all connected channels (not just Vrbo), so that age restrictions are enforced automatically at booking?

be able to use the scope per total order with all channels when creating a fee
During onboarding we setup a 4% credit card processing fee to cover the 2.9% Stripe charge and the 1% hostfully charge. These fees are based on the entire amount of the reservation but the way that Hostfully collects only applies to the accommodation fare and nothing else. This fee rule was setup as "per stay", I have since changed it to "entire preservation" but when I did this the mapping drop downs for integration channels blocked out.

Support on sending SMS to Philippines number so MFA can work with SMS option
We're in Philippines but SMS messaging does not work for Philippines number so we can only use the Email option for MFA.

Add rental condition in different language
I want to have the option to add rental conditions in different language.
Then when I create template with the URL [$LEADAGREEMENTURL$] in a new language, the template, it should pull the matched language version of rental condition.

Allow full Security Deposit collection at booking even when % due at reservation is less than 100%
Add a configuration option allowing PMs to choose whether the Security Deposit should always be collected 100% at booking, regardless of the % due at reservation.
Example:
If a PM sets “50% due at reservation” and “Security Deposit at booking,” the system should allow collecting 50% of the booking total plus 100% of the Security Deposit in the same initial charge.3 votes -

Collect and Remit Taxes for Direct Bookings
Enable Hostfully to automatically collect and remit taxes for direct bookings, similar to what some competitors (e.g. Hospitable Direct Premium) currently offer.
For direct bookings, Hostfully allows users to configure and charge taxes, but the responsibility of filing and remitting those taxes remains fully manual.
Automatic tax collection and remittance would be a major value add and a true “game changer” for direct bookings2 votes -

To be able to use an email address that was used before, deleted and now needs to be use for another role.

Display the correct error when adding owners
I got this error "Internal server error" when adding an owner. It turns out the email has already been added as an owner, or was previously used in another role (guest, service provider, etc.). I would like a more user-friendly error such as "The email has been taken" or something so that I know how to fix it without the need to ask support.

Logo switching in reports
Owner reports can include expenses only, rentals only, or both. However, the logo currently has to remain the same in all cases.
A brand should be able to use one logo for both expenses and rentals, while also having the option to use a separate logo for expenses-only reports. This would avoid confusion for owners who do not rent out their property and shouldn’t see branding that implies rentals.
