  1. We enter adjustments that are $0 but now can't.

    Sometimes we log repairs that we've done for free just to reinforce the value of hiring us, that there are extras that we do that owners don't have to hire a handyman for. For owners that think self managing is easier, this is a way for us to convey that.

    We also sometimes log $0 as a placeholder so we don't forget to add something and then go back and update later. Lastly, it's another way if we have petty cash for a particular house to log those charges against that…

  3. with the complex condition, I want to have the booking hold end event in the time-based event to sent the notify for my guest.
    It should be:
    - Complex condition
    => After the hold end
    [less than or equal to], or [equal to], or [greater than or equal to] [number] of days

  4. In Pre-arrival forms => Estimated arrival time, there are multiple options which is earlier than Property default checkin time so user can select the checkin time that we cannot accommodate.

    For example, checkin time is 3:00 PM but they can select 2:00 PM or earlier.

    Is there any way we can restrict the option to select there to make sure only fews option for checkin and checkout time can be selected?

  5. I need the trigger condition of "if the rental agreement is NOT signed" to resend it, in the case where the booking is outside of the direct booking site (otherwise, the rental agreement has to be signed before proceeding to book).

Send triggers that allow you to create a email you can send out to add a early check in or even an extra day based on calendar availability, For Ex: if an extra day is available at the end of a reservation 2 days before the reservation ends, I can send out an email that lets them at a day at a discounted rate to help book the calendar up, same goes for early and late checkouts and they can pay automatically and it adds the info to their reservation

  9. Hostfully widget is a custom integration, this is why property manager cannot enroll in Chargeback Protection. Per this article "Stripe Checkout"  is a must

  10. Currently when setting up a fee or tax with % value, they are only based on the Rent amount. It would be great if we could decide either Rent or Rent + Cleaning fee or the Total amount of the lead or whatever to apply the fee or tax

  14. I want to have the trigger condition to send the message out only if the rental agreement has not been signed.

    For example, I’m sending out reminder messages to them to sign the rental agreement closer to their stay but I don’t want these to go out if they’ve already signed, so as to not bother them. I’ve been manually deleting these future messages

  19. I got this error when trying to create new BDC listings from Hostfully. The listings are in France:

    TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyRegisteredInVcs is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyHasVat is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPA_Extensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyDeclaresRevenue is mandatory for this location(#321)

    The option to Set Taxation is only visible for connected listing. Thus, to solve this, I have to create a hotel from BDC first before connecting it to Hostfully.
