1. Refunds for Cancelled Airbnb bookings outside of free cancellation periods are not captured at all

   Currently, when an Airbnb guest cancels their stay outside of their free cancellation period (ours is Firm), the reservation is not updated with the correct payout information. We need to capture the cancelled bookings earnings in our reports.

   We tried to used the filter in reports to not screen the Cancelled Lead status. This was not a fix because in doing this the total cost of the reservation is displayed rather than the actual payout after the cancelation policy was applied, so, the total cost of the cancelled booking is included in the earnings report, obviously not good.
   I also tried the "Order Adjustment" to add a Rent Adjustment but this doesnt change the service fee or taxes.

   We need the actual payout information from cancelled Airbnb bookings to be pushed out to Hostfully so that we can properly report the earnings from these cancelled bookings so that;
   1. we remain transparent to our owners.
   2. Can report all taxable earnings to the government.
