Be able to customize the Splash Screen
Ideally a Hostfully paid subscription would be more customizable. I was excited about the Splash page until I realized it is mainly reserved for 'terms of stay.'
Use Case: I am looking to be able to create a questionnaire for the guest to capture the reason they are visiting our STR (questions below). This will help me target them with our marketing (are they from the state, here for a particular event) for future promotions etc. It will also paint a better picture as to the demographic the STR attracts.
Problem statement: The issue with the Splash page below is that although I am able to ask the question it seems forced since it still has the template "Please supply your details...accept the terms". It will be apparent to the guests that this page was not meant to be a questionnaire, instead, a "terms of stay" page.

The initial page of the Splash Screen is now configurable.
the heading, subheading and button text can all be edited (with translations where necessary)

In our opinion, that messaging comes across as so abrupt that it borders on being rude. It is not a hospitable way to communicate with guests. There is not even a “please” in it.
I'm surprised that a company like Hostfully who services the hospitality industry would use messaging like this and not allow us to change it.
One of the main reasons why we decided to use Hostfully was to capture email address so that we can message our guests with special promotions and exclusive open dates.
We are now considering to not use the Hostfully guidebook as we don't want our guest who are expecting a high-end luxury experience to be subjected to such an off-putting message. Especially as it would be one of their first messages from us as a host.
Please make this a priority and allow hosts to change the Splash page messaging to something more polite and hospitable.
