Be able to make the First name and Last name optional in the Splash screen

A customizable splash screen is ideal to leverage for other uses besides "terms of stay". (ex. announcements, questionnaires, etc.)
In this case, I would like guests to be able to opt out of submitting information and with the current build it is mandatory.
