  1. We'd love it if there was an ability to add tags to photos. Use case for this is tagging photos with sections of the house. E.g. Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom, etc.

    If our clients are able to assign such tags, and we are able to retrieve them through API, we'd be able to create a better user experience in browsing property photos.

Add Accessibilities feature from Airbnb into Hostfully so it can be directly edited from Hostfully without the need to disconnect Airbnb from Hostfully, to then be able to edit this section on Airbnb, and then have to reconnect Airbnb and Hostfully and losing all the reporting and historal reservations data for that listing in the process.

  3. My Hostfully is integrated with Beyond Pricing. However, it is confusing to know which platform governs my settings, when both platforms offer fields to adjust the same settings. For those fields in the Main Settings and other tabs that are actually governed by another integration, I would like to be able to remove or block those fields. For example, because Beyond Pricing governs length of minimum stays, I would remove or block the "Minimum Stay" field in Hostfully. Thank you.

  4. Pm provide us with the followibn details on their idea>

    Your documentation says that you are integrated to Dropbox Sign which is not correct, according to them. I am looking for a way to have my agreements signed and initialed (after certain paragraphs) before a rental agreement is finalized. Your current method will only collect a final signature. Signatures and Initials (both) make the form more legal.

    For legal reasons I would like the to be able to initial key sections of the agreement.

  9. Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.

  12. We currently use the generalized setting where any booking for two days gets 20% off and any booking for 3 days or more gets 30% off. Is there anty way we can get hostfully to create a setting for us to discount the multinight stays during weekdays only and avoid giving adiscount for Friday, and Saturdays?

    This setting is a multinight discount, for any day. We do not want a multinight discount for anyday, we would like a multinight discount for certain days such as Mon, Tues, wed, ad Thursday

  14. I have many types of owner adjustments and I want to be able to categorize them: Utilities such as WIFI/Electric, etc. Maintenance Charges. Housekeeping Fees, etc. I don't want to use Owner Adjustment Notes.

  19. The Min. Wknd Stay will be updated automatically for dates that have not been modified (Green color in Pricing page)

    For dates with Orange color, PM would have to manually modify the minimum stay or click "Reset", however, both of the Minimum stay and Daily Rate would be reset.

    As a result, manual work must be initiated because there're some weekend dates with dynamic daily pricing.

    It will take lots of time and effort to adjust each weekend once again. It'd be great if we can reset the whole pricing calendar from main settings.

  20. At the moment fees and policies can be set in only one language. It would be great to be able to add fees and policies in multiple languages so that it's reflected in our offers and website.
