  1. Would it be possible to adjust the hierarchy of the "Space" Section in the Hostfully listing.

    Currently this information is hidden below "Neighborhood" and "Interaction." It seems to me that it would make the most sense both organizationally and from a customer interaction perspective to have the "Space" section immediately following the long description.

  5. With the recent changes to Owner Adjustments, we can no longer create an Adjustment with a date in the future. This is very important for us to be able to enter adjustments that we be recognized in the future and don't want to forget to enter it.

  6. If I have minimum 2 days bookings on my properties I'll likely to have som orphan days to. If my property is booked from monday to wednessday and then again from thursday to saturday and then again from sunday to tuesday. I'll have orphan days from wednesday to thursday and then again from saturday to sunday.
    Orphan day comes up when minimum days of 2 or more comes up and there is a slot between bookings that cannot be booked because of the minimum days.

    PriceLabs has there solution for how to fill out the orphan days, but the told…

  9. I want to set max 4 adults and max 5 children, max 6 occupancy in my BDC listing, and the current design max children = max occupancy -1 does not work for me so I want to have separate fields to set it so it can reflect correctly

  10. Change the minimum stay settings on the property so that when this is updated, the calendar gets automatically updated to these new minimums for the future. The one condition should be that any manually set minimums that are greater than the new minimum stay setting should not be updated, but otherwise they should be.

    I've had a couple situations where I updated the minimum stay on a property from 2 nights to 3 nights, but we still had 2 night bookings come in because I hadn't manually gone into the calendar and updated the minimum stays for future dates.

  11. We'd love it if there was an ability to add tags to photos. Use case for this is tagging photos with sections of the house. E.g. Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom, etc.

    If our clients are able to assign such tags, and we are able to retrieve them through API, we'd be able to create a better user experience in browsing property photos.

Add Accessibilities feature from Airbnb into Hostfully so it can be directly edited from Hostfully without the need to disconnect Airbnb from Hostfully, to then be able to edit this section on Airbnb, and then have to reconnect Airbnb and Hostfully and losing all the reporting and historal reservations data for that listing in the process.

  13. My Hostfully is integrated with Beyond Pricing. However, it is confusing to know which platform governs my settings, when both platforms offer fields to adjust the same settings. For those fields in the Main Settings and other tabs that are actually governed by another integration, I would like to be able to remove or block those fields. For example, because Beyond Pricing governs length of minimum stays, I would remove or block the "Minimum Stay" field in Hostfully. Thank you.

  14. It would be useful to be able to have a different listing name by channel. Currently, we cannot change the property name in the channel, as the public name (Airbnb and Booking.com) or short description (Vrbo) will override.

    Your documentation says that you are integrated to Dropbox Sign which is not correct, according to them. I am looking for a way to have my agreements signed and initialed (after certain paragraphs) before a rental agreement is finalized. Your current method will only collect a final signature. Signatures and Initials (both) make the form more legal.

    For legal reasons I would like the to be able to initial key sections of the agreement.

  19. Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.
