Native MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server for Hostfully
As a property manager running 15+ properties, I’m increasingly using AI tools like Claude to automate operations, reporting, and owner communication. An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server would allow those AI tools to connect directly to Hostfully data — pulling live bookings, cleaning schedules, revenue figures, and owner info — without requiring custom API development.

Support Seasonal Vrbo Cancellation Policies
For instance, let's say for most of the year you have a moderate cancellation policy, but for special events it could be stricter. Last year for Coachella people booked a year before, then at the last minute found a cheaper place because people start lowering their prices when they don't book. So they would cancel before the deadline and you would have to drastically lower your prices to rebook after you held the dates for them for a year.

Allow Rate Multiplier to Apply to All Fees
Currently, the rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rent. I’d like the option for the multiplier to apply to all fees (such as cleaning, service, or management fees) to offset Airbnb's host service fee.

Offer a choice of Booking.com payment models during the initial registration process.
Hostfully does not currently offer a choice of Booking.com payment models during the initial registration process. When a property is pushed directly from Hostfully, Booking.com appears to create it using the hybrid payment model by default.
Under this model, although the property is enrolled in Booking.com Payments, Booking.com pays PM the full guest payment and then invoices the PM separately for their commission.
This has accounting and VAT implications. Because the full guest payment passes through our business, we effectively receive 100% of the booking revenue before paying Booking.com's commission back. This means we're accounting for VAT on the full…

[Quickbook] Having an Option to add the receipt for the Partially paid reservations (like an initial deposit)
- Current behavior: That’s expected behavior with our QuickBooks Online integration: a Sales Receipt is created for a reservation only once the reservation is paid in full. Context: Partially paid reservations (like an initial deposit) won’t push to QuickBooks until the final payment is made, so you can be months between the deposit and the receipt showing up.
So the “issue” is that QuickBooks won’t reflect the deposit timing for reconciliation, even though Stripe deposits the money to your bank as payments happen.

Display Airbnb Special Offers in the Leads price breakdown
To have the special offer fee to be broken out in a separate line item on Hostfully's leads. It needs to show up in each individual reservation and on the reports.

Ability to map parent-child photos different between OTAs
Under a master-sub setup, Booking.com shows all the photos on a master level and only a few for each child unit.
Would be good to be able to select which photos to include in the Master level and which ones on the child level but filtered by channel. So other channels like Airbnb don't get affected.

Have a Booking Lead Time for each Channel
Since Vrbo now allows same day reservations and Airbnb has their midnight based rule, this limit the chances to set a booking lead time where the same day reservations aren't allow but the guest can book until the midnight of the day before the check-in-

Improve Enso Security Deposit integration with Booking.com and Vrbo
Property managers using Enso to manage security deposits must disable Hostfully's Security Deposit feature to avoid duplicate collection. However, this also prevents the security deposit from being displayed on Booking.com and Vrbo.
As a result, guests are only informed about the security deposit when Enso contacts them after booking, which can appear suspicious and lead to abandoned verification, support requests, or booking cancellations.
Requested improvement
Allow Booking.com and Vrbo to display the security deposit while Enso remains responsible for collecting and managing it.
This would provide a smoother guest experience and improve the integration between Hostfully and Enso.

It would be great if Hostfully could integrate with EventConnect so bookings and availability could sync automatically between both platforms. This would save time and reduce manual work.

SafeGuest - have the trigger condition verification completed for Safeguest
Currently we don't the trigger for SafeGuest verification completed. I want to have one so when guest completed the verification step on SafeGuest side, it can send the check-in instruction to guest.

Booking.com - support multiple rate plans and length of stay discounts
Support multiple rate plans for Booking.com connection.
We would like to set up a 60day cancellation policy for booking.com meaning that we can refund up to 60 days in advance ? It would be great to offer this along with a non refundable option if possible on booking.com.
We also want to send the pricing rules at the bottom of the pricing tab to Booking.com

I want to keep branded images on Airbnb while pushing clean images to Booking.com. (as booking.com rejects branded images, whilst airbnb are more lenient with this).

Taxes sent to Booking.com is set to "included" instead of "not included"
When adding taxes to Booking.com, there is an option to set "included" or "not included" in the rent amount. However, this option is not available in Hostfully. The taxes are sent to Booking.com and set to be not included by default.
We need it to be included in the Rent amount instead of being added on top of the rent.

Add granular update details to UPDATED_PROPERTY webhook payload
Currently, when a property is updated, the webhook event UPDATEDPROPERTY is triggered, but the payload only contains the propertyUid and the eventtype. This makes it difficult for integrators to know what changed and which endpoint should be called next.
I would like the payload to include more granular details about the type of update, for example:
Pricing update
Photo update
Amenities update
General property details update
Pricing rule update, etc.
