PIN Code created for Lock-Off reservations: create both codes for each subunit when the master is booked.
The Point Central Integration, generates the codes for the Master unit and for the 2 sub units, as well, which are 2 different properties.
When the Master Unit is booked, the guest only received a code for one subunit, as it's the one selected in the lock of the Master unit, so the code for the other subunit is missing.
The request is to create both codes for each subunit when the master is booked.
In the meantime, there is a workaround shared by the PointCentral Integration Team:

I am using Waivo insurance and have the standard fee for first 10nights, but after that it goes to a nightly rate. Is there a way to set up a fee to charge charge the guest the full amount of the Waivo fee when they are staying longer than the 10 days?

Re-Occurring Owner Adjustments based on bookings
It would be great to be able to create reoccuring owner adjustments based on a booking instead of weekly/monthly basis. For example, every time there is a booking there is a supply fee adjustment and a cleaning fee adjustment (incase an agency charges differently than the guest-facing cleaning fee).

seasonal cancelation
Airbnb just announced seasonal cancellation is available with their platform. I need a flexible cancellation policy during low season and a strict cancellation policy for my peak seasons. If a guest cancels a peak season booking, I am forced to discount to fill the space. This results in a lower revenue booking or gaps in my calendar during peak seasons.
During slower seasons, I am ok with flexible cancellation policies to help fill my calendar.

Seasonal discounts
Support on seasonal discount for high and low season. It would be helpful if we can select date range for discounts to apply it on different season.
For example, pricelabs which I am using now and they want my prices up over $320 a night high season and $154 in low season... we book in Costa Rica 6 months in advance for trips... people book ahead. so right now my monthly rate is showing $9000 when my competition is $6000... but if I put a discount of 30 percent on that now... anything I have in low season is going…

Support for Monthly Pricing Structure
We would like the ability to set a flat monthly rate for properties, rather than relying solely on nightly rates. This would allow guests to book accommodations on a monthly basis at a fixed price (e.g., $2,100/month), which is especially useful for mid- to long-term stays.

Allow editing of non–per stay fees in Lead Modal
Currently, only fees configured with a “per stay” scope are editable from the Lead Modal. Fees with other scopes (for example, per night or percentage-based configurations) are not editable, which limits flexibility when managing reservations.
This behavior can be confusing, especially in cases where:
A fee is not percentage-based but still cannot be edited
Other fees (like VAT) may appear editable, creating inconsistency
Property managers need to quickly adjust fees without adding manual workaroundsAt the moment, the only workaround is to add an adjustment or custom line item to offset the fee, which adds extra steps and reduces clarity…
