  3. Currently, we can only set pricing rules (bottom of the property's Pricing page) to Direct Bookings, Airbnb, Vrbo and HVMI. It would be convenient to do things here:
    1. Select the channels to apply the rules to.
    2. Select all the channels that Hostfully integrates with.

  4. Monthly (30+ Day) Pricing Field

    We would love to see a dedicated field for 30-day/monthly pricing within the property settings.

    Currently, many 30+ day booking channels calculate the monthly rate by multiplying the nightly rate by 30. This often results in an unrealistically high monthly price that is not competitive and discourages potential guests from booking.

    Having a dedicated monthly pricing field would allow property managers to:

    Set an accurate monthly rate for mid-term stays.
    Ensure integrated booking channels display the intended 30-day price.
    Eliminate the need for manual adjustments or workarounds on each integration.

  8. Support on seasonal discount for high and low season. It would be helpful if we can select date range for discounts to apply it on different season.

    For example, pricelabs which I am using now and they want my prices up over $320 a night high season and $154 in low season... we book in Costa Rica 6 months in advance for trips... people book ahead. so right now my monthly rate is showing $9000 when my competition is $6000... but if I put a discount of 30 percent on that now... anything I have in low season is going…

  11. The Point Central Integration, generates the codes for the Master unit and for the 2 sub units, as well, which are 2 different properties.

    When the Master Unit is booked, the guest only received a code for one subunit, as it's the one selected in the lock of the Master unit, so the code for the other subunit is missing.

    The request is to create both codes for each subunit when the master is booked.

    In the meantime, there is a workaround shared by the PointCentral Integration Team:

  12. For now, if we have a custom data field named "Room name/Number" for a multi-unit property, for example. We would like to assign values to all units.​The process appears to be as follows: go to the "Room name/Number" field, select a unit, enter a value, and save. After returning to the page, two "Room name/Number" fields are displayed: one containing the value that was just assigned and another empty field. We then repeat the same process for the next unit until all units have been assigned a value.

    I wanted to share a small feature suggestion that I believe would greatly improve efficiency for our operations.
    Currently, we have to manually enter the lockbox key code into the checkout details for every booking. It would be much easier if we could instead input the lockbox code once within the property’s main settings page, and have it automatically populate into the checkout details for each reservation.
    This would help streamline our workflow, reduce repetitive manual input, and minimise the risk of errors or omissions.
