  1. While checking with Davut, we're advised that the system won't auto refund if it recognizes the reservation is from Booking.com.

    The auto refund feature should work for all reservations whose payments are processed via Stripe.

  6. We want the ability to change the title heading of our booking link to the company name instead of our Listing title.

    I was thinking it would be consistent with our brand. We are regularly updating our title on Airbnb depending on season, upcoming events in the area, and to help with Airbnb algorithm.

    I think it would help with consistency for guests of having the exact name of the company/cabin they are booking with. When they pay, and the brand name is at the top, there will be no confusion or inconsistencies.

  7. In Kigo, when a guest checked-out the reservation color changed on the calendar. This was very helpful for our front desk staff to quickly see at a glance what units were occupied. It would be great to see similar functionality in Hostfully.

  9. I can cancel, then manual review, then post from there, but it's clunky. I'd like to go through checking reviews and either approving or cancelling them. Then the next time I'm back on the page, I'd like it to be easy to tell which have already been checked so I don't check them again.

Traveloka is SouthEast Asia's biggest OTA - by adding them as a partner it would benefit all Hostfully users as holiday makers in South East Asia will be able to locate our listings when booking their accommodation for international travel. Please consider that Southeast Asia's population is 690 million people - the opportunity is huge

  11. Guest portal should show 'Statement' information even for Vacation Rent Payment users. This feature is currently not working for those who use VRP - maybe just pull order_statement merge field to fill that information. I have many guests who ask for this info and who attempt to use guest portal but it doesn't populate.

  12. It's not supported yet to show the daily total for rent, fees, and taxes if there is no booking associated.

  13. We use Zapier integration to pull all booking data. Everything comes through perfectly, however, "Order Order Fees" which pull all other fees are being listed all together and being pulled with text. That is to say, you cannot pull the data with ONLY the fees and also cannot have them broken out by fee. This is a bug challenge when dealing with dozens of properties and bookings. I have to parse that data manually.

    What would be ideal is is every fee is its own variable that can be pulled from the system.

  14. I run a photo studio rental space business with 4 unique studios that require the entire management portfolio of Hostfully. The only caveat is that I need bookings by the hour rather than the day.

    Our system is currently using a hodge podge of applications to create our user experience. It would be wonderful to use a singular platform for communicating and hosting our studio renters. I wonder how simple a customer calendar solution could be for this? My requirements are the following:

    1. Replace the check-in/check-out day with a check in by the hour, check out by the hour.

  16. I think in order to not miss messages from past guests, the default on the inbox screen should be to "all" or at least an option to choose our own default view, so if you want to see "all" it isn't a manual process.

  17. The current Hostfully layout is not full screen and the font is small and light in colour.
    Having light grey writing on a white background makes it incredibly hard to read without looking closer.
    I think it would be great to have bolder/darker and bigger writing making it easier to read. It would also be great if the Hostfully software can fit entirely on the screen instead of just down the middle.
    Having these aspects enhanced would make for a more efficient work day, without any eyestrain! :)

When a guest goes to book on the direct booking site, if they enter a date range that goes beyond the Maximum Night stay (property Main Settings), then hit Book Now, they get this message: Maximum stay requirement is not met. That does not specify the requirement, the way the Min Stay is displayed.

    It would also be great to be able to customize a message there, and have it displayed before they hit book now, so they can see that requirement.
    Ex., the max stay is 30 days, but we want to include a message that states something like,…

  20. We'd like to be able to specify tags to exclude for when listing properties through the properties-get endpoint. There's an inclusion query there now, with the exclusion option we'd be able to better optimize our queries and reduce the number of API calls.
