  1. For instance, let's say for most of the year you have a moderate cancellation policy, but for special events it could be stricter. Last year for Coachella people booked a year before, then at the last minute found a cheaper place because people start lowering their prices when they don't book. So they would cancel before the deadline and you would have to drastically lower your prices to rebook after you held the dates for them for a year.

  2. Currently, the rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rent. I’d like the option for the multiplier to apply to all fees (such as cleaning, service, or management fees) to offset Airbnb's host service fee.

  4. Currently, when a property is updated, the webhook event UPDATEDPROPERTY is triggered, but the payload only contains the propertyUid and the eventtype. This makes it difficult for integrators to know what changed and which endpoint should be called next.

    I would like the payload to include more granular details about the type of update, for example:

    • Pricing update

    • Photo update

    • Amenities update

    • General property details update

    • Pricing rule update, etc.

    This would allow API users to call only the relevant endpoints instead of fetching all related resources. It improves efficiency, reduces API calls, and provides clarity for event-driven…

  5. Support multiple rate plans for Booking.com connection.

    We would like to set up a 60day cancellation policy for booking.com meaning that we can refund up to 60 days in advance ? It would be great to offer this along with a non refundable option if possible on booking.com.

    We also want to send the pricing rules at the bottom of the pricing tab to Booking.com

When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

At the moment, when using ChargeAutomation to collect payments for Booking.com reservations, it is required to change the API setting for Booking.com connection so PM can view the CC details and charge it actively. It would be helpful if Hostfully can support automatic payments for ChargeAutomation with BDC (also for Vrbo and direct bookings).

  11. Would be useful to have the ability to configure specific dates for our VRBO's mobile and member discounts.
    This is possibile within Vrbo but not while being connected with Hostfully.

    Also, VRBO confirmed this is supported by other PMS.

    - A specific header we should validate?
    - IP ranges we can allowlist?

  13. Currently, the /api/v3.2/owner-adjustments endpoint does not support filtering by start and end date. When iterating through properties with long history (for example, multiple years), the payload becomes very large and difficult to process efficiently.

    Please add optional query parameters such as:

    • startDate

    • endDate

    This would allow partners to limit results to a specific time window and significantly reduce payload size.

  18. The purpose of a Property Management Software is to support dynamic pricing, flexibility, and conversion—especially for direct bookings. A major gap right now is where and when discounts can be applied.

    Direct-book guests don’t always use promo codes, and many inquiries come through our website specifically so we can interact, quote strategically, and close the sale. Sometimes that means offering a custom discount based on dates, length of stay, or guest budget after the inquiry is submitted.

    Currently:

    Promo codes only reduce Rent (pre-tax) if the guest knows and applies them at the time of inquiry.

  20. We have Booking.com group booking where guests can book both master and sub units and it exceed our max guest ability. It should not allow guests to book both master and sub units at the same time when it comes to group booking
