1. Rental agreement should be automatically updated when a reservation is modified

   When a reservation is modified to new check-in and check-out dates, guests will receive a balance request, pay via the payment link and need to sign again. When it is completed, we expect the rental condition will have the following information correctly:

   1/ New check-in and check-out dates
   2/ New total of nights
   3/ Signature from the last transaction made from payment link

2. Change how booking widget displays unavailable dates from availability settings. (not booked dates)

   We do not allow Saturday check ins and we are trying to use the booking widget - However, it looks like our Saturdays are blocked off of our calendar, which will be a deterrent to guests from even trying to book.

   It’s not about the ability to block certain days, but on how it’s displayed on the booking widget to avoid the misconception that the days are “booked” already.

   For example. on Airbnb booking widget UI,

   • Strikestrough days=booked,
   • Greyed out= unavailable from host,
   • Bold black= available

   In Hostfully widget, all unavailable dates are greyed out, regardless of the reasons (booked, or availability settings) which can confuse potential bookers to quit booking, instead of trying to just avoid the restricted dates for checkin / checkout.
