We’d love to see a feature added to the new Service Provider Hub that allows service providers (like cleaners, handymen, etc.) to view a read-only booking calendar showing check-in/check-out dates and guest count, without revealing guest names, contact info, or pricing. With the new app they are only able to view dots for assigned jobs and can no longer see all bookings. ( I put new view and old view screenshots below)

  4. I would like to create a form that guests fill out at checkout, indicating that they completed basic checkout tasks in exchange for a discount code for a future stay. I have someone ready to build the application, we just need access to create a discount code via API.

    • Retrieve all reviews for a specific property
    • Retrieve new reviews (from a specific date)
    • Filter reviews with no response yet
    • Retrieve specific review with all category scores
    • Reply to guest reviews
    • Retrieve reviews at a group level (e.g. multiple properties’ scores on the same page)
    • Filter guest reviews based on Booking.com reservation ID
    • Retrieve aggregated property review score
    • Retrieve aggregated scores per category (e.g. ‘value for money’ category score)

  9. In Pre-arrival form, I only need the information of main guest including guest name, age and email, not other additional guests. Imagine a villa with 10 guests, it will upset certainly the leader to fill the form for 10 guests, collect all names, emails, ages, etc

    However, when unchecking the fields First name, Last name, Age, Email under 'Additional guest information' section makes the fields for Main guest (first name, last name, age, email) hidden as well so we have to add the custom questions.

  10. So I currently also manage a hotel. So the multi unit feature is a potential fit.

    The current platform I use (cloudbeds) has a feature that allows me to advertise on metasearch on platforms like Google, Expedia, etc where people can see the actual pricing when they search and I can show up as an ad

    The platform currently supports multi-unit property publishing on Airbnb, Booking.com and direct. We are planning to allow multi-unit property publishing next on Vrbo, then Google, HVMI. The other channels (Expedia, Trivago etc) should follow shortly after.

  15. Add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for VRBO. Custom cancellation policy would allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

  16. When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.

    And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

    We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

  17. Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

  19. I want to apply a fee that calculates from the TOTAL (including taxes and security deposit) and not the subtotal.

    For example, we need to implement a 5% fee on direct bookings but the one we have now doesn't include taxes and the security deposit when it calculates the 5%.

  20. It would be great when someone clicks to “see more photos” that it displays a tile gallery of ALL the photos that then the user can select which photo enlarges on their screen. Currently, I have to click at rapid speed to find a photo of a specific room I may be interested in. It’s rather difficult.

    Better flow… photos display as is on booking site with an option to see more photos—> when clicked all photos display in a tile gallery—> the customer can select a specific photo that then enlarges on their screen.

    *Even better would be if…
