  1. It's by design as Hostfully only pushes the pincode to RemoteLock when the reservation is fully paid.

    However, we're managing guests' payment off-platform instead of following up payment with the payment processor synced with Hostfully. We would need to Mark as paid manually for those reservations from Pipeline so the system recognizes it's a paid booking and populate the codes accordingly.

    Instead, we'd need a more flexible modifications to the program for just users who manage payments off platform to send pincodes to guests.

  3. I came from Hospitable.com. I'm so disappointed that Hostfully doesn't collect email address from guest messages in Airbnb the way Hospitable does! I had a Mailchimp integration with Hospitable that was just beautiful. I need that desperately with Hostfully. It's enough to make me question moving forward with the platform. Please make it possible!

    Hello Alicia, Hostfully already provides this feature, in a more sophisticated way. The system allows you to automatically send a pre-arrival form to your Airbnb guest and capture emails and any other information you require. Once the guest emails are in the system,  they can automatically be synchronized with Mailchimp.   4. The sales receipt for vrbo should post as an invoice so that payments can be applied as received. Invoice should break out rental income, taxes, fees etc like the Abnb Sales receipt does.

  5. August Smart Locks are quickly becoming the market leader in vacation rental locks. I have these smart locks on all of my properties.

    An integration with August would be very advantageous to a lot of hosts.
