  1. I run a lot of reports, and they start to stack up in the RECENT REPORTS.
    I like a clean house, so go in and delete them when done ever so often.
    But using the Delete button is slow. Love to have either a:
    1) Checklist and bulk delete
    2) Delete by TYPE or Report run
    3) Delete all

    Options.

  3. Given that many property management companies book beyond the current year, reoccurring scheduled reports need to have the function to report beyond the current year. At the moment, this is the furthest out you can select when scheduling a report.

  4. When scheduling enhanced reports, there should be additional options for the frequency of report generation. Currently, the only options are Daily, Weekly, and Monthly frequency. For those that use additional software that integrates with Hostfully to import reservations, a report is often needed more than once a day. Please integrate smaller timeframes, for instance, 1-hour - given that bookings can happen at any time and integrated software needs to stay updated with new reservations.

  6. Currently, the Financial Reports shows the Agency percentage as % of gross revenue, but our arrangement is based on the nightly rental only. This requires more manual work to produce reports for the owners.

    It would be great to pre-determine which parts of the revenue is split on a percentage basis (nightly rent) and which go in full to the Agency (say a management fee) or to the Owner (say cleaning fee, if the owner pays that).

  7. Could you add the new column showing the total number of bedrooms on each listings to the report?

    We need to conduct an internal analysis on the performance of each property according to their typology (studios, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, etc.) in order to define different commissions based on the property type. I believe this is the only way to determine it.

  8. I would like property custom datas (amount, numbers, or any type of info) to be pushed to enhanced reports, within the property fields.
    For instance, while I don't want to add a linen fee in the price (because it is included in the cleaning fee), I need the linen fee to appear for each reservation in the report in order to calculate the owner income (Our linen fee is not per guest, the fee depends on the property beds number).

  10. I am trying to create a simple report for cleaners that will list checkout dates for say the next 4 weeks. This will be automatically sent to the cleaners each week.

    Currently the scheduler only allow for Last week, last month, this week, this month etc. I need forward looking dates e.g, next 4 weeks, next 3 months

  13. It's not supported yet to show the daily total for rent, fees, and taxes if there is no booking associated.

  15. Tracking of messages and quotes sent. It would be very helpful if we can know if messages and quotes have been successfully delivered and opened, like what Mailchimp does. I am new but have not successfully gotten a booking from a quote being sent, so knowing if the messages are going to spam or inbox and evened opened would be helpful, so message content or title can be changed to increase views.

  16. I would like to be able to run a cancelation report for the day a reservation is canceled by guest services. If I canceled a rservation yesterday for a July booking I would like to be able to run that report for yesterday and see the cancelation. It is especially helpful for PM using VRP as not refund shows up on the transaction report.

  17. Booking info is available through Zapier but a discount is not. This means if using Zapier for any calculations outside of Hostfully then they will be wrong if missing Discounts.

  19. When I go to the "Financial Reports" and "Export Extended Data" it produces an Excel spreadsheet. The problem with that sheet is that the dollar values for all the rent, fees, etc come out in the spreadsheet as a TEXT field ($100) instead of a number (100), so the data cannot be used to add up a total because it's TEXT and not a NUMBER. Surely this can be easily fixed by your development team so these spreadsheets come out ready to use.
