  1. Owner report can only have 2 sub reports, one is Booking/Financial/Revenue report and one is owner adjustments. When you run the report and choose the date range, both sub reports will run data of bookings within this time frame. Any data outside the date range can't be generated.

    However, we want to add more sub reports (e.g Year to Date financial report) there to generate the information OUTSIDE of the date range selected.

    Im summary, we want to select multiple date ranges for each sub report and show all those sub ones in 1 owner report only.

  2. When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
    This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.

  5. Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

  6. When a report is multiple pages it helps to be able to see what column is pertaining to the information needed, ie, when filling out a tax report or the Owners payout report. A date stamp would just help narrow down which report is the correct one.

  10. This seems a ginormous oversight on the part of Hostfully, which could be very easily fixed - by not pooling together Fee / Service / Resolution adjustments into the one variable "Fee adjustment", and instead having a separate variable for each so they can be pulled in report separately.

  13. Currently, the values of columns Rent/Fees/Property Total Taxes/Total Revenue in the Property reports are the full amount of the bookings. It would be nice to have their prorated values as well

  14. I would like to edit the filters on a owner report where it says "All channels" and only include Hostfully as the one channel. BUt when I go to "set filters" I can't edit only "hostfully"

  17. The Dashboard and Analytics formulas miscalculate unbooked nights for parent/child listings. If a parent/child property has one unbooked night, it's counted twice, causing occupancy rates, ADR, and other metrics to drop inaccurately.

    Need to adjust Unbooked Nights Formula for Accurate Master-Sub Occupancy Rate
