  1. Waivo integration. Waivo is a damage protection product sold by a subsidiary of Loyds of London. It would be great if they could see which reservations paid for the damage protection and charge us behind the scenes for that. This is also a revenue generator for the hosts as we can over charge the damage waiver and collect the difference (guest pays $50 for a $30 damage waiver, host keeps the difference)

  5. I'm using zapier to handle owner blocks that are created in Hostfully.
    Right now, if the owner blocks dates using click/drag function on the
    calendar to block dates, this triggers an update zap. However, if the owner blocks dates by clicking the "+ Block Dates" button at the top of their dashboard, it doesn't trigger any zaps. This is a serious oversight that adds lots of complications to our system. Can you fix this so the "+Block Dates" button also triggers a zap?

  6. I noticed that the zapier Updated Booking and Canceled Booking triggers work for owner block changes, but the New Booking doesn't trigger when a new owner block is created.

    Can you update the zapier integration to include owner blocks in the New Booking trigger?

  7. Integration with Tidy App - even at their beginning stages they have been more involved and helpful than any other cleaning service I have tried. They flew in a trainer to train my team and have customized my entire experience. The only thing missing is an integration with Hostfully.

  8. More control over how the contract gets set up.

    Would like ability to determine the structure of the form:
    -where the contract gets signed
    -where the initials go
    -insert variables to make the contract more detailed

    When contesting a chargeback with a guest, you should be able to show them a contract with terms, and demonstrate that you’re actually due those funds (better success if initials are next to crucial terms).

    Displaying the average rating for an individual listing within the listing's thumbnail would be helpful to guests when deciding which listing to book (eddie@mountainmamahomes.com)

  10. Autohost screens guests, and if a guest fails the verification and/or is high-risk, that information should be available in Hostfully. Then, that information could be used as a condition in message triggers, e.g. do not send messages if guest is unverified by AutoHost. I would also want to see that data available in the API so other integration partners (e.g. Akia) could use it as well.

  11. I would love to see an integration with Ruebarue, especially since Hostfully's templates and triggers leaves a lot to be desired and there is no native 2-way SMS capability.

  13. The process we are thinking would be the following:

    1. When the PM clicks on Revyoos “ON” button in the partner section, this should generate a link including the client ID similar to:
      

      https://www.revyoos.com/clients/#/login?source=hostfully&id_client=8374df983749874

    2. This url would lead to our registration form when the customer connects for the first time. For future connections, this same url would lead directly to our login instead of the register form.
      
    3. Once registered, using the client ID we get through the URL, we would request you through the API the PM property information to automatically create them in Revyoos.
