  2. Currently, we could extract the status of the leads, however, once they become confirmed bookings, there's no way for us to keep track whether they were inquiries or instant booking or booking requests.
    It should be a report to show us the original status of a booking as we want to the conversion % from inquiries/booking requests to confirmed bookings.

  3. I want to show the guest service fee charged by the channels into Hostfully. This fee is paid by guests to channels and not related to my accounting, but I want to show the total amount the guest paid.

  6. If guest pays 30% on their 1st payment, I would like only 30% of the payment shown on the reports. Currently, we could only split numbers based on the booked months (using variable {FRACTION_EARNED}) but it would be hard for me to pay the actual taxes.

When I want to schedule an enhanced report to be sent for instance to our concierge so she can handle the check-in, the range options are fixed like : last week, last month, last quarter, last year and this week, this month, this quarter, this year... however, if it's end of July and I set for this month, she won't see arrivals of the next week. It would be more relevant to have ranges in the future like: next week, next 30 days, next 90 days.

  15. At the moment, for special offers that came from a pre-approval lead, the management fees and pet fee was included directly to rent total.

    Now, when pulling the report, we couldn't pull the breakdown of Management fee and pet fee for this booking. I'm thinking of the Fees/order adjustments but I can't come up with an idea to make the rent total to be reflecting the correct amount.

  20. When creating a report, I would like to be able to create a conditional similar to isChannel(airbnb) to check the property and/or owner. There are situations where we want to adjust an amount for a specific property that are not covered by any of the existing conditionals.
