On Airbnb for some accounts they literally walk you through check-in so each part has it's own screen with pictures for explanation. It would be nice that when they open check-in instructions that instead of scrolling up and down that it showed them one picture at a time so they have the most important info for that step when we need it. For properties where we have lockboxes guests sometimes get confused and use their door code to try to open the lockbox and then call us when they can't get it open. I feel something like this would alleviate that problem.
