Splash screen toggle for secure links

On the Secure Links page, add a toggle for the splash screen. Sometimes I may want a guest to have a splash screen, sometimes I may not.

    This is a great idea. We have return guests that are well familiarized with our Terms and House Rules. We would like to disable the Splash Screen for those guests so that it doesn't annoy them to see it every time.
