An error occurred while saving the comment Veronica Disrupt commentedOne of the main Reasons for buying Hostfully in the first place is so that I can automate this! I am so shocked!
I am a busy person, I may receive a request whilst in a long video meeting at work, and I can lose my Superhost status if I do not keep my average reply time in less than an hour!
Also the guest may start sending enqires to other places if I dont ackledge the message
And Airbnb rates you higher the faster you reply to the inbox, so I may be loosing business if I dont reply faster than my competiton, which by the way is a lot, I have a lot of competition.

New to Hostfully, purchased it to centralize the management of my 3 listings. was promissed everithing, will be centralized on hostfully
I am usually on the go or at work when I receive messages so I normally use the chanel app. Now that I invested in Hostfully I am using the Hostfully app, but the messages come up in foreign languages, most of my customers are from all over Europe and Asia, so this if critical for me.
So I have to stop using the Hostfully app inbox and go back to the individual chanels inbox, so not seing the promised centralization that I was just sold.
