   At minimum have 2 sections of House Rules - 1 for VRBO and 1 for all other OTAs/Hostfully direct booking website. VRBO has most restrictions with only 3 rules and 150 character count limitation so it is difficult to make one set of rules fit their fields, the other OTAs and Hostfully direct booking website.
