  1. I'd like to have integration capabilities between Hostfully and Sifely Smart Locks. We use Sifely's lock systems to manage access to our properties, and I am interested in automating the process of generating and sending passcodes to guests.

    Currently, we manually generate a passcode for our guests after they complete the necessary pre-arrival forms and rental agreements through Hostfully. We would like to streamline this process by having Sifely automatically generate and send passcodes once Hostfully confirms the completion of these documents.

  4. An integration with this Smartlock Brand is only possible via third party providers. This creates many bugs and is very costly. A direct integration with NUKI would solve the issue.

  5. At this time, the currently supported forms of payment with Hostfully are Credit Cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. I want more payment methods.

  7. It'll be very usefull since the guest would know their numbers, and it'll be a lot easier for them to remember the door codes. It'll help us hostfully users too by eliminating the need to create a code that a guest can remember manually for each guest.

  8. Alexa show device is a great way to directly give specific recommendations to your guest. If this can sync with our guidebook we can create those specific ideas through the Alexa app on property to explain how to operate something or where to find things....

  11. We urgently need calendars to be properly synced with Booking.com. At the moment booking.com doesn't take into account the 'no check in/outs allowed' for specific dates. This means we could get people checking in on Christmas day or New years eve, which we do not want.

  12. Right now, if you need to send a discount to an airbnb guest in the resolution center, it will not update in your statement in Hostfully. This will cause error in all reporting for the remainder of the month/year. Same if if the guest opts into a fee after they have arrived. We need to be able to manually edit our statement in Hostfully after a guest arrives or departs.

  13. Allow your Smart Thermostat to Turn Down/Off the HVAC when a guest checks out and Turn it back on before next guest arrives. This will save owners a ton of $ plus guests will be greeted with a proper temperature when arriving. It's also something good for the environment that saves energy! Why heat or cool a house when no one is there?

  15. Breezeway has the ability to send guests the electronic door pin via text, however Hostfully isn't currently sending the PIN info to Breezeway.

    Can the integration be updated to send the relevant reservation details?

  16. Right now owner blocks do not appear in Breezeway at all--the dates look like they are not being used by anyone. If Breezeway recognized owner blocks I could set up cleanings to automatically schedule after an owner stay, and my housekeepers would know they need to complete the cleaning prior to the owner arrival in a timely way.

    It's because the owner blocks are just blocks, not reservations from which other integration software can pull the information.

  17. I just started using VacationRentPayment. To cancel a reservation, I cancel the the reservation within Hostfully and then
    issue the refund within the VacationRentPayment
    platform, since I can't do that within Hostfully the way I can with Stripe. At that point, I need a way to be able to record that refund (or other payment) within Hostfully so that all the reports are accurate.

  18. All changes in Hostfully that impact RemoteLock or any other access service should be saved to the RemoteLock service. Examples: Check-in, Check-out, PIN, Check-in, out times, Property

  20. Change RemoteLock pin to 4 digits, instead of current 6 digits. Both Airbnb and HomeAway's integration with RemoteLock set the auto-created pin to 4 digits.
