What type of information are you trying to edit regularly? We cannot allow you to edit the email as each email is tied to a specific account and a new account would need to be created.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for the idea, Jon. We do have a section within each property for you to add notes. Please see the screen shot attached and take into account these will show on their respective portals so sensitive information should not be added. Does this satisfy the request or would you still like these additional notes fields on the edit owner and edit service provider view?

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks Jon, I've updated the ticket. For now, you have the option to delete or edit reviews on your direct website through Hostfully. We'll keep this idea open to see if others would like this feature as well.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for the idea! We will consider this when working on the pipeline. For now you can tell which guests have not paid the balance by the color of the circle. If they still owe additional money, the circle is red. If they are fully paid, it is green.
For the pre arrival form, there is a small green checkmark icon on the pipeline for guests who have completed it.

To my knowledge this functionality is not available across any of the major channels and they don't offer it in the API (airbnb, vrbo, booking.com) so we wouldn't be able to support it. Are you requesting this specifically for the direct booking site?

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the idea! Yes, we will absolutely consider this next time we are working on the leads portion of our website. It's in the long term plan and once we have more information, we'll post an update here.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the idea and vote. We do allow PMs to add blocks to the calendar from with the property management platform, though they aren't specifically owner blocks.
We increased functionality this year to highlight any blocks the owner makes themselves from the owner portal in a different color within the calendar.
We have it in our long term plan to allow different types of blocks to be created making it easy to identify what type of block it is without having to click into it. Ideas are owner, maintenance, housekeeping, guest of owner. If there are other types of blocks you would like added, please let us know and we will consider.
Once we start working on the calendar, we will review this request again.

We do not have an ETA at this time as we are prioritizing other new features. In this is important to you in the short term, we recommend considering an integration with a dynamic pricing provider to increase the pricing functionality available to you.

There is no ETA for this as we have other new features and areas of the product we are prioritizing at this time. When the time comes to start work on the owner portal, we will post an update on this thread.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks Jon and Audie for the idea. We will keep this in mind next time we work on templates and triggers. We can see the benefit in being able to sort these.
As you look for ways to enhance your platform, a suggestion - - - allow a trigger to be cloned but opt for a different method (email vs. text). We are sending codes for check in and want to do so via email and text but I literally have to create new triggers for each listing (over 60 of them) to have the same trigger that was sent as an email as a text. Pretty time consuming and tedious.
