    Hi Matt, while this may work well for PMs with multiple booking agents assigned to certain properties, it doesn't work well for everyone and that's why this idea is here. Some business only have 1 user on the account and that user is a manager, not a booking agent, therefore the auto assign rule doesn't work for them. Other business have multiple managers on the account and face the same issue. The auto assign rule is limited to the role of booking agents.     Thank you for the idea and the votes. While we are not able to a single lead to multiple people, we are reviewing and gathering product requirements for the use case where there is only 1 person in the company and having the leads auto assign to the person. As soon as this is designed and released, we will update this page.

    I think what you are also looking for is the ability to create multiple search widgets which link to different sets of properties. I'll modify this ticket to state that.

    Hi Jon,

    What type of information are you trying to edit regularly? We cannot allow you to edit the email as each email is tied to a specific account and a new account would need to be created.

    Thank you for the idea, Jon. We do have a section within each property for you to add notes. Please see the screen shot attached and take into account these will show on their respective portals so sensitive information should not be added. Does this satisfy the request or would you still like these additional notes fields on the edit owner and edit service provider view?

    Thanks Jon, I've updated the ticket. For now, you have the option to delete or edit reviews on your direct website through Hostfully. We'll keep this idea open to see if others would like this feature as well.

    Thank you for the idea! We will consider this when working on the pipeline. For now you can tell which guests have not paid the balance by the color of the circle. If they still owe additional money, the circle is red. If they are fully paid, it is green.

    For the pre arrival form, there is a small green checkmark icon on the pipeline for guests who have completed it.

    Hi Janet,

    To my knowledge this functionality is not available across any of the major channels and they don't offer it in the API (airbnb, vrbo, booking.com) so we wouldn't be able to support it. Are you requesting this specifically for the direct booking site?

    Great idea! We will consider this when working on the service provider section of our website. I can see how this would be helpful. Improving this is in the long term plan.

    In the short term, if you are looking for more functionality on managing jobs, we have some great cleaning and turnover management integration partners in our integration zone you may be interested in.

It is not in the short term plan as we are focusing on other features and improvements at the moment. As soon as there is more information, we will follow up on this thread.

    Thank you for the idea. We will review this further when working on the improving the property settings page within the product. We do not have an ETA at this time as we are prioritizing other new features. In this is important to you in the short term, we recommend considering an integration with a dynamic pricing provider to increase the pricing functionality available to you.

    Thank you for the idea and the votes. This will be looked at further next time we are working on substantially improving the owner portal. There is no ETA for this as we have other new features and areas of the product we are prioritizing at this time. When the time comes to start work on the owner portal, we will post an update on this thread.
