Let Cleaners View Booking Calendar in Service Hub
We’d love to see a feature added to the new Service Provider Hub that allows service providers (like cleaners, handymen, etc.) to view a read-only booking calendar showing check-in/check-out dates and guest count, without revealing guest names, contact info, or pricing. With the new app they are only able to view dots for assigned jobs and can no longer see all bookings. ( I put new view and old view screenshots below)

Service hub available on desktop
It will helpfull to have desktop providers version as the mobile app doesn't make sense for the way our employees manage their schedule with multiple vacation rentals all using different systems.

You can easily download it here to log in to your Hostfully PMP or Service Hub account and get the same features as you would get on your iOS app but on your big monitor!

Remove the "Sign Up For A Free Hostfully Account Here" from the direct reservation confirmation
big issue with the guests because whenever they make a direct reservation, the confirmation shows in big letters "Sign Up For A Free Hostfully Account Here".
This confuses the guests and they have to clarify each time they don't actually need to register for any account since they are only booking a reservation.31 votesWe have removed all references to the guest portal.

Separate Inbox thread per booking for guests with multiple bookings
At the moment, Hostfully Inbox doesn't separate the guest thread per booking: it remains a continuous history of messages between guest and agency no matter how many bookings the guest has with your properties.
I want only corresponding messages associated with a booking to show up when selecting a booking on the right "booking selector" of Inbox.

Fully support Airbnb photo tours with all room types
AIrbnb now has PHOTO TOUR.
In Hostfully it appears to map from "Where you will Sleep" in a photo.
Which is very confusing as it's no longer just where you will sleep. (hence why I wasn't using it).
It is now a way to setup the Photo Tour.
If you set it up directly on Airbnb, the next sync will override it and it will be undone.
Every ROOM must have a photo tagged to it before Airbnb will show the actual Photo Tour.

Allow discount code creation via API
I would like to create a form that guests fill out at checkout, indicating that they completed basic checkout tasks in exchange for a discount code for a future stay. I have someone ready to build the application, we just need access to create a discount code via API.

Not sending amenities related to enhanced cleaning to Vrbo
I recently received a Vrbo listing audit file that flagged the following warnings:
CLEANINGDISINFECTION is no longer supported.
ENHANCEDCLEANINGPRACTICES is no longer supported.
COMMONSURFACEDISINFECTANTCLEANED is no longer supported.To avoid these warnings, I’d like Hostfully to align with Vrbo’s updates by removing or discontinuing support for these amenities. This will ensure property managers no longer receive these notifications.

Select Lead Source for Manual Bookings
It would be great to select a lead source when manually entering a booking rather than it just saying it is from Hostfully. For example, a booking from a lead from FurnishedFinder and a booking from a lead from word of mouth both show up as "Hostfully" booking, whereas we would like to differentiate the groups to know specifically where our bookings are coming from.

Ignore tax charge feature should apply for all the Taxes
Currently, the feature Ignore tax charge feature is only applied to the Rental Tax. It should be applied to all the taxes in the setting.

Improve how photos can be organized and re-ordered
The drag and re-order is too tedious, especially when you just got all new photos for your listing and need to delete all these old ones and reorder 50 new ones.
I think that there should be a toggle between the current view and a thumbnail view that puts the photos in a grid (maybe 4-5 across and then they are in rows going down) without the photo comments in this thumbnail view. That way we can reorder the photos quickly and see better what overall the order looks like to guests, and then when we are ready to add…

Enhanced Photo Gallery Layout for Property Listings
Currently, the property photo section displays images vertically, one below the other. While functional, this layout can make it difficult to view the overall sequence or organisation of photos.
We propose implementing a gallery-style view, where 4-5 photos are displayed per row. This change would allow users to better visualise the sequence of images, organise them more efficiently, and easily select multiple photos for deletion or editing in bulk.
This enhancement would streamline the photo management process and improve the overall user experience.

Refunds for Cancelled Airbnb bookings outside of free cancellation periods are not captured at all
Currently, when an Airbnb guest cancels their stay outside of their free cancellation period (ours is Firm), the reservation is not updated with the correct payout information. We need to capture the cancelled bookings earnings in our reports.
We tried to used the filter in reports to not screen the Cancelled Lead status. This was not a fix because in doing this the total cost of the reservation is displayed rather than the actual payout after the cancelation policy was applied, so, the total cost of the cancelled booking is included in the earnings report, obviously not good.

Analytics- reporting needs to be improved to run reports based upon comparative years, months, user defined periods like quickbooks
Improve the user interface and information display as well as ability to print of all analytics data. Allow the user to choose the periods with calendar dropdown. you should be able to see year over multiple year changes.
