  1. Currently if a new channel is added, you have to delete a fee/tax and add it again as new to include the new chanel.

    We should be able to edit this information as we do with any other content.

    In addition, it would be nice to be able to apply globally fees/tax settings for new channels as they arise.

    As it is now, every new channel we have to delete and read a tax and fee on EVERY listing.

  2. Expand the Sub Unit system to allow more layers.
    Ex. if you have a property with 4 apartments. each with room for 4 people. Inside the apartments you have 2 bedrooms in each. Each Bedroom can be rented as a single room with shared bathroom and kitchen and each apartment can be rented as a single apartment.

    This is not possible today as you have to choose if you would like to rent out the whole property with 4 apartments as sub units or you want to rent out the 4 apartments with the rooms as sub units.

  12. For organizational purposes, it would be nice to manually select the color of property tags. At present different colors are assigned to new tags, seemingly at random.

    With the ability to color coordinate tags, a manager could quickly see if a tag referred to a location, an amenity, rule, or some other category that they have set internally. This would greatly improve the efficacy of the tag feature.

  13. It would be great if we can group listings (not sub-listings) that will share the same property settings globally. Whenever I decide to make a change or requested to do so by the owner, I have to go to each property and make sure that I propagate those changes on all listings. A global setting page would make it easier to manage such changes. It would be great if we can pick the settings that will be globally set across a specific group. This tool would be also a great tool to manage pricing across similar listings.

    Note that the platform already provides an option for "Ignore tax charge for over N days", on each of the Property Settings page. Is this the feature you're referring to?


  17. Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings and all other platforms, especially Occupancy Tax/ City tax / Tourist tax.

    Because, the governmental rule can be that this occupancy tax is valid up until a certain number of nights (in this case 30 nights). So, it must not be shown when a guest books for 31 nights.

    • Hostfully only has the option Ignore tax charge for over applied to Rental and Cleaning fee taxes, not Occupancy tax.

    • Long term stay exemption from Fees & Policies tab only applies to Airbnb, not Direct Booking.
