Secondary Email Should Receive Guest Communication
The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.
I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

Able to close hold expired leads
Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

Hide Rate multiplier on lead detail
The rate multiplier is showing as a line item on lead details.
I want to have the option to hide it.

Rebook option should be applicable for all lead statuses and all channels. Currently it's only available for archived direct bookings.

Sort Guests Alphabetically
Currently Hostfully aggregates a database of all guests, however the UX of this feature leaves a lot to be desired.
Not only is the guest list hard to find, (you have to navigate to the pipeline then click “See all customers”), but guests are sorted alphabetically by first name (last would make more sense) and within the letter categories, the individual names seem to be in no discernible order.
This could be a very valuable tool for rebooking guests, and looking up reservations especially if combined with the auto-saving notes from the guests booking and the ability to access reservations…

Filter by reservation tag in Pipeline
Use the "Add tag" feature to add tags that can then be used to filter the Pipeline. I.e. "Return Guest"

Allow searching for a reservation using the External ID in Pipeline
When we managed around hundred properties and lots of
reservations, we have seen that is easier to search a reservation by the
name of the external id of the reservation.I found that we can search a reservation by the name of the guest in the
pipeline. However, if he has some reservations or have the same name, is quite hard to figure it out. However, when I included the reservation number, any result showed up.- Nest Host

Leads to automatically expire and close after a certain amount of time
Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

Email
Make both Email addresses for a guest, (Client information) active. Not just the one with a red star. This is so if two guest want to get all notices, both emails will get them.

See cancellation date and time on the lead modal
How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?
For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

Option to change commission rate for stays entered manually
We offer a lower commission rate on stays that acquired by our home owners. Since these are all entered in manually it would be great to have the option to change the commission rate when creating a booking so that the calculations will shake out in the reports rather than us having to track these stays and break it down after we run reports.

Include Current Stays in the Pipeline filter "Relevant/Arrival Date"
Include current Stays in the Pipeline filter "Relevant/Arrival Date".
Current Stays are Relevant and useful when looking at the upcoming stays list.
I have to Filter "Stays/Arrival Date" in order to see who is staying in which listing, and I would like to see this information all in one place under Relevant/Arrival Date.

Ability to edit / delete a service from Lead modal
When a guest submits an inquiry/request, they select the add-ons from the payment flow and those appear in the Lead modal as a Service, which is not editable. However, sometimes we need to adjust that amount or remove it, but we're not able to do that.
I understand we can use "Add line item" with a negative amount to adjust it, but it's not a good route. So if we're about to modify the Service from the Lead modal, it would be much more helpful.

Pipeline sort/filter enhancements
Make the Status dropdown into a multi-select, so that I could show just all On Hold and Booked items, for example.
Add "Booking Date", "Status", and "Property" to the list in the Sort by drop down.

Show tax on a tax on the same line with tax itself, basically, the total tax
Hi team,
At the moment, on Order details page, it shows the detailed breakdown of each tax, and tax on a tax is on a separate line.
It's your current design and it's not possible to change on UI for now.
However, we'd like to show tax on a tax on the same line with tax it self, basically, the total of each tax, instead of having 2 lines for 1 tax.
it's more the details for customer invoicing that we are interested in.

Pipeline > Status Dropdown > Keep Stays 'Relevant' Until Deposit Action Is Performed
Include stays in which the deposit HASN'T yet been returned under 'RELEVANT'. Because there is still a relevant action to complete before the stay is closed.
It's easy to miss deposit returns when users have to scroll through 'ALL' to find the stays which need Deposit Return action.

Display Blocks in Pipeline
As a PM I'd like to be able to block my calendar for owners, and view their booking/block in the pipeline so that I can prepare the listing the same way I would prepare it for a guest. I need to have it cleaned, send door codes for the time of their stay, and go through the usual lifecycle of their booking as I do with the others so that I don't forget to prepare any details related to their stay.
