THE BIG PLAYERS ON THE MARKET can do this, it will help me sell it also to another company or hotel. I can see it on the view and it break it down rent daily, but i can not add it on the receipt.   3. Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

  5. Currently, the lead modal only displays the externalBookingId for leads originating from Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. However, when leads are created via the API, whether through an Agency API key, channel integration, or website integration, and an externalBookingId is provided, this field does not appear in the lead modal.

    Please expose the externalBookingId in the lead modal UI for all leads where this field is present, regardless of the source. This includes leads created via the API.

  6. When altering an Airbnb special offer booking from Pipeline, alteration (by choosing 1 more nights) kinda reset calculation to default ones, which is higher then the original quote guest books.

    This will cause confusion to guest as they see the price is way much higher than it should and possibly guest can cancel. So when altering a special offer, the original quote should remain plus the additional rent for extra nights added which would be more helpful.

  7. How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?

    For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

  9. I would like to request the ability to transfer payments between bookings. We recently had an issue where a guest had to be moved to a different property. We need a feature that allows us to transfer the payment from their original, canceled booking to the new one.

  10. At the moment, Hostfully order displays the amount that Airbnb has refunded for cancelled bookings. But there is no transaction records for those Airbnb cancelled bookings, causing it's a bit confused for us.

    If system can add transaction record of amount after Airbnb cancellation refund automatically like for confirmed bookings, it would be helpful.

  15. The filter function for pipeline under "properties", create a drop down list that allows you to click multiple properties to filter by, not just 1 at a time!

    Or - add the "property tag" filter option.

    Either way, I want to be able to filter out properties that I do not manage so only my properties are shown in the pipeline.

    As a large company with several managers we are currently unable to filter out each others' properties, so leads/inquiries get lost on the pipeline...

  16. It should allow Property Manager to send quote again from Pipeline even though lead status has been changed to 'quote_sent' as sometime, guest negotiates for a better deal and we need to send quote again to the guest.

  17. We'd like to have the guest details default to our own country and state/province. At the moment every guest's default state/country is California USA, while most of our guests are Canadian and in our state, and we have to make changes to each one before saving a booking.   20. It would be extremely helpful to have an option to automatically cancel unpaid reservations after a defined number of hours. This would help prevent calendar blocks due to unpaid bookings and reduce the need for manual follow-up or cancellations.
