  3. We are using the hold function for 24 hours and then use the autosend follow up to nudge the client that the hold is due to expire. This is very effective! However, is there any way the booking hold request quote flip into a new lead that can still remain accessible to book if it the hold has expired? This way if a client is late to make the payment, they can still book without intervention from us but it also releases the date on the calender to allow another reservation to happen if they are too slow.

  4. Sometimes we need to re-arrange the Booking.com reservations in Hostfully calendar but the booking breakdown is changed based on new property while it remains unchanged in BDC. This causes discrepancy, confusion and incorrect report. So it's better if the breakdown can be freeze when we changing the property or modify a booking as we don't want to change the quote for existing booking.

  5. There is no option to prompt guests to sign the rental agreement directly from the pipeline. Yesterday, I had a guest who hadn’t received check-in details because they hadn’t signed the rental agreement. Since there’s no drop-down option in the pipeline to send them the rental agreement, I had to handle this manually.

  6. For mid-term rentals, it would be helpful if the pre-arrival form and rental conditions carried over from the initial booking rather than resetting each month. Currently, the system shows these items as incomplete in later months even though the guest completed them at the beginning of their stay.

  7. I still would like to raise the request to change the obligation to fill the email address.

    If platforms provide their internal address - it is ok for system to take it. But even they are not releasing the real address of the guest.

    every dummy email is wasting of our time to fill it and can cause some issues to release information and data somewhere that we have no control where it will end up

  10. At the moment, Hostfully order displays the amount that Airbnb has refunded for cancelled bookings. But there is no transaction records for those Airbnb cancelled bookings, causing it's a bit confused for us.

    If system can add transaction record of amount after Airbnb cancellation refund automatically like for confirmed bookings, it would be helpful.

  11. Currently, if a guest needs to be moved from one property to another, the only way is to cancel the original booking and create a new manual booking in the correct property. This process is time-consuming and can create confusion for both guests and property managers.

    It would be extremely helpful to have a feature that allows property managers to transfer an existing booking from one property to another directly in the system.

  13. Currently, when a PM creates a lead manually, the client information always defaults to California as the address. This cannot be changed, and PMs need to update it manually each time.

    It would be helpful to allow agencies to customize the default address (country, state, or leave blank) when creating a new lead. This would save time and reduce errors, especially for agencies operating outside of California.

  15. Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

  20. When we make a new booking, scrolling for the start date is perfectly fine, but then we need to scroll again for the end date by scrolling from today's date instead of a date after check-in. Can the date box be set that it starts automatically on +1 day? Currently, we need to scroll from TODAY for the check-out as well, which is a waste of time if the check-in date is already established as a future date.
