  1. I would like to have master-subunits relationship works with Turno.

    The current design on Turno is cleaner received the information on the checkout of the current booking and upcoming booking, which only works for the same property.

    I want cleaner who does cleaning task of booking on subunit, to have the information of upcoming booking on its master unit.

  2. Breezeway has the ability to send guests the electronic door pin via text, however, Hostfully isn't currently sending the PIN info to Breezeway.

    Can the integration be updated to send the relevant reservation details INCLUDING pin?

  3. Please consider integrating with Aurmur Lock Control Services. They have a unique option of a "check out" button that guests can press when leaving notifying the property manager and cleaners they are out of the house. They are also very inexpensive and allow for messaging guests their codes. I used them when I was with Guesty and was very happy with them. I was sad to discover that Hostfully doesn't integrate with them. It offers an affordable lock service that is reliable. Hosts need all the help they can get financially.     Please contact those providers and ask them to create an integration to Hostfully, as those particular integrations are typically implemented by the providers. Some integrators like Lynx might also provide an integration with this provider.

  4. VRS corresponding with Hostfully for the owner blocks would be very useful so our team does not have to "babysit" the system and ensure that cleanings for the property are going in as they should. If we are unable to have this correspondence it is very time consuming for our team.

  5. Currently Breezeway pulls limited data from Hostfully to populate reservation data.
    Please collaborate with Breezeway to share custom data "Door Codes" because the process currently requires us to manually update Breezeway after every single guest check-out just to provide an updated access code. Very time consuming with risk that our staff forgets to update it.

    Please contact Breezeway to share this feature request. Breezeway implements the Hostfully API and they are in control of such improvements. Thank you.

  6. Both of these locks are becoming quite popular. I would prefer to integrate with Hostfully rather than each individual OTA

    Please contact those providers and ask them to create an integration to Hostfully, as those particular integrations are typically implemented by the providers. Igloohome used to be an integrated partners, so they would probably welcome being a connected partner again.

  8. When you set price periods e.g Low Season stay of more than 30 days discount, this is not overridden by integrations such as Wheelhouse.

  9. Hostfully as a product is fairly expensive. I think the guidebooks should be included in the package. You can still continue to sell these separately to users of other channel managers.

  10. Allow re-assigning a reservation to a different unit in Hostfully to reflect on the Operto Dashboard.

    Currently the reservation will remain on the unit initially booked and a new reservation won't be created on the new unit. So we have to "revoke access" for the reservation on Operto and create a manual reservation on the new unit to ensure the guest's code will be installed on that lock. We also have to communicate the new access code (created on the new unit) to your guest.
