  3. Guesty had one that they are used to.
    This is being requested by 3 of our 4 apartment building managers. The property manager for the apartment buildings like to know who is coming and going at their property.

    What kind of setting would you need for this app notification mgmt feature?


    - type of app notification: new lead, new message

    - filter to specific channels, specific properties, ...?

  10. Currently Owner Adjustments are sorted by Oldest First so we are constantly scrolling down to see the adjustments for the current month. If the sort is reversed, with newest adjustments at the top of page 1, the older adjustments will be pushed down which is perfect as previous months are less important once the month has been closed.

  11. As most of our managers works from their phones it's crucial that all our bookings line up precisely on the app. I got confused today and immediately assumed it's double bookings.

    we want to make it as easy as possible for the managers so they don't over stress when seeing something like the screenshots on hostfully.

    we would like to only see from Airbnb side of the app only confirmed bookings as when we see all the booking request aswell even though it was not approved you immediately start worrying about double bookings, if it is possible to only put…

  13. I would like to be able to do all these pipeline actions on bookings/inquiries in the Calendar rather than needing to move to the Pipeline to complete these tasks:
    - Mark as booked
    - Mark as paid
    - Place on hold / extend hold / revoke hold
    - Close lead
    - Cancel booking
    - Re-open (a closed lead)
    - Record a payment

  16. When you are searching properties on the mobile view, the (next) page buttons 1, 2, 3 are ONLY at the top - they should also be at the bottom. Reason

    1) It is more convenient than scrolling all the way back to the top and
    2) When guests get to the bottom they think that is it

    Also, in the search bar, you should include a search perimeter for Complex or property descriptions. So if someone is looking specifically for a rental in "Sunrise" condo, they don't have to go thru 10 pages to find it.

  17. Add place for guests to designate their preferred pronouns on the information form. It's helpful when addressing them in communications, writing notes and reviews after the fact.
    And - let's us be respectful of who our guests are!

  18. We would like to capture owner adjustments in Hostfully so that we can subtract these from the payout amount. We are, however, required to keep a record of the expenses in case a customer asks for this. Because if this, we currently use another app to capture the expense and the photo of the receipt or invoice and then transfer this into Hostfully.

    It would be great to be able to capture these from the app using the phone camera to take a pic of the receipt or invoice and then these automatically being added to owner adjustments

From the hostfully app, when i click on 'check-ins', and choose a guest that then opens the 'booking' page that gives all the reservation details, the only option i have from that page is to 'message'. i would like another option that is 'collect signature'. when clicked on, a box opens where the guest can sign with their finger, and that image saves to their booking details

  20. The preferred method must be "reply in same method as received" This is should default set to "Reply same as received" with and option to change. Also any messages or replies should have a Send Later Option (pop up calendar and time) to encourage working messages replies that may be too late or untimely (midnight text) are NOT good but the guest needs to be answered.
