I would like to be able to edit reservations directly from the App
I would like to be able to edit reservations directly from the App. It is vital that the app can be used to edit reservations, edit pricing, and essentially do the majority of things that we do on the website.

Add place for guests to designate their preferred pronouns on the information form. It's helpful when addressing them in communications, writing notes and reviews after the fact.

Make phone numbers as 'click to call' links
If you open a guest (the most common use case being that you need to contact the guest, you have to scroll down for the guest's information. I think it would be more helpful to prioritize this information, rather than having to scroll past all of the fees (which should also be minimized). Also, the phone number is not clickable, nor can you copy and paste it. Making the number clickable and copiable (not sure if that's a word), would be really useful. Otherwise, it's not very useful at all.
This feedback applies to the Hostfully iOS app.

Adding digital signature on App
From the hostfully app, when i click on 'check-ins', and choose a guest that then opens the 'booking' page that gives all the reservation details, the only option i have from that page is to 'message'. i would like another option that is 'collect signature'. when clicked on, a box opens where the guest can sign with their finger, and that image saves to their booking details

Options to send messages from mobile Inbox
The preferred method must be "reply in same method as received" This is should default set to "Reply same as received" with and option to change. Also any messages or replies should have a Send Later Option (pop up calendar and time) to encourage working messages replies that may be too late or untimely (midnight text) are NOT good but the guest needs to be answered.

Fix team permissions issue
Fix permissions issues. When you assign a team member on certain properties, they still see all in the inbox and not only messages for their properties. This is annoying when you have properties in multiple markets where only certain people work on certain properties.

The daily rate window
The daily rate window for pricing should appear on all available calendars on mobile app and desktop. Instead of % pricing per channel, to have a price I can set on each.

From the calendar it would be nice to be able to click into an existing block and make changes (extend or shorten the block, delete it, or add notes).

Make notification link to corresponding section of the app
Set up notifications as Airbnb does, where you can click the notification and be taken directly to the message in Hostfully to respond more easily and quickly.

Adding Expenses (owner adjustments), with a photo from the app
We would like to capture owner adjustments in Hostfully so that we can subtract these from the payout amount. We are, however, required to keep a record of the expenses in case a customer asks for this. Because if this, we currently use another app to capture the expense and the photo of the receipt or invoice and then transfer this into Hostfully.
It would be great to be able to capture these from the app using the phone camera to take a pic of the receipt or invoice and then these automatically being added to owner adjustments

As in I do want to receive notifications about bookings but not notifications about a smart lock integration ... and then later I can toggle "on" the smart lock notifications when I want to receive those

Email short list of properties (aka quote building tool)
Same as we have it on the desktop version, I would like to be able to filter my properties based on my guest's request and email the resulting list of properties to my guest.
This feature is available within the Central Calendar page of the desktop PMP:
click filters, then email property list link.I would like this feature to also be available on the mobile app
