Alerts for channel sync error
I want to be alerted when there's any channel sync error. Currently, I need to head to the Channels page and check the sync button to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Booking.com commission saved on lead level
Currently, BDC commission is only tied to the transaction level and the transaction must be processed by a payment processor. This means that reservations paid through payment by booking.com (PBB) or outside of the Hostfully system and manually entered into PMP will not show the commission in the report. I am requesting that the BDC commission be based on the lead level, so that it is always present regardless of payment status or method.

VRBO Custom Rules
Allow setting custom rules on VRBO. Currently no custom rule settings push to the VRBO listing and if rules are entered on VRBO instead, Hostfully overrides the changes and deletes them. VRBO is now charging hosts that cancel bookings due to rule or local regulation violations and we cannot enforce rules that are not communicated to guests. We have incurred $400 in fees this week due to this issue.

I would like to have the opportunity to set non-XML plans for my Booking.com properties via API. We need weekly and monthly rate plans as they are great revenue generators.

Enhance the user-friendliness of third-party agency feature
This option helps connect multiple Vrbo accounts. However, the user interface of this feature in Property Management Platform is not clear and user-friendly for property managers to understand its function. It should be located on the same Vrbo channel page, rather than Third-party agency dropdown and "Listed by" option under property Main Settings. I want this feature to work seamlessly as connecting with multiple Airbnb accounts.

Auto-retry importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with Booking.com sync job
We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.
It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.

Show Airbnb messages as coming from PM not owner
I want the messages from PMP to Airbnb guests to look like they are coming from my company, not from the owner account.

Support Booking.com Facilities and Services in Hostfully
On Booking.com Extranet => Property => Facilities & Services, we can upload photos for the facilities we have in-house, which helps increase our listing score and get more bookings.
However, this feature is not supported within Hostfully and can also be overridden by Hostfully. Every time we refresh the sync from Hostfully, all setups in the Extranet for Facilities and Services are wiped out.
This is a critical issue, so supporting this feature would mean a lot. Thank you.

More user-friendly error messages for channel sync issues
At the moment, when there's a sync issue with channel (for example: Airbnb), the error message is not clear and I need to reach out to support every time to check the root cause (an error occurred, could not update booking settings, etc.). I want to have clearer messages so I know what to do to troubleshoot.

Have ability to create blocks applied on specific channel
I want to block off dates on some channels didn't know if I could choose specific channels.
For instance, NYE is a big night for us, I would love to only allow direct bookings to book vs all channels...especially the ones where we have to pay such commissions on.4 votesThis would indeed be a great feature and we've been considering it for a while - likely to happen in the near future.

Display "Set Taxation" option when pushing data from Hostfully to create new BDC listings
I got this error when trying to create new BDC listings from Hostfully. The listings are in France:
TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyRegisteredInVcs is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyHasVat is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPA_Extensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyDeclaresRevenue is mandatory for this location(#321)
The option to Set Taxation is only visible for connected listing. Thus, to solve this, I have to create a hotel from BDC first before connecting it to Hostfully.

Ability to hide/adjust the Map showing on Direct booking site
Hi team,
The map showing on DBS is too specific, it pins the exact location of the house. We would love to see the general map only.
While labeling the site won't help and there's no way to customize it. It'd be great if we're given options to hide or adjust the Map showing on DBS

Add flexibility to NOT accept unpaid reservations from Booking.com
We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.
We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week. Support Booking.com Damage program so BDC will collect SD via PBB
At the moment, when we select the "Damage policy options" on Booking.com Extranet, upon next sync, the system was changed and it couldn't have BDC collect SD via PBB.
I want the option "I want to set up a damage programme that Booking.com will facilitate for me" on "Damage policy options" sticks.
