Customization of the pre-arrival form
My rental requires specific pre-arrival registration form. This includes the names of each guest and wheter or not they are under 21, and for me to collect 5 pieces of data regarding each car that will access the community
so I would like to be able to create the custom fields and then organize them in a simple table so that its a legible and usable form

Add more functionality for triggers to apply to Owner Stays, that way we can communicate important info to the owner about their upcoming stay, remind them of the house rules, check-out time, etc. You'd think that owner's would remember all this stuff, but they don't.

Variable to pull the VRBO listing URL
I want to have the Variable to pull the VRBO listing URL into the custom template.
2 votesThere is Vrbo URL variable per say, but it is easy to define this variable using Templates and Triggers > Custom Data. Create a variable of type [$VRBO_URL$], and for each property, just add the URL of your listing for this variable. Edit Hostfully default templates
Hostfully default template "Thanks for booking: booking confirmed" contain numbers, which will be removed on Airbnb Inbox, resulting in formatting issues. I want the default templates to work fine for all channels.

1 voteYou can already edit the Hostfully default System Templates: just click on the English link to open the template, edit it, save, and that's it.

Add hold event for trigger
When I look at the triggers there is no trigger for Hold or Hold reminder in the picklist.
We want to use that because we work in multiple countries so we can send the specified email.
1 voteWe already have a system template for Holds - which is why the system does not expose a trigger. You can toggle the Hold templates and have them in different languages, so the system will automatically choose the right language.

I want to be able to modify the HTML of system template "Invite Owner to claim property" while keeping the functionality to generate owner username and password.

This feature already exists. It is not called the sales agent, but booking agent, and you can dynamically send a message to the person in charge of the booking.

Auto Response when any guest message arrives to acknowledge the message
We want a trigger that works as an AUTO response to ANY guest message so we can acknowledge their message and buy us time to respond more fully.

Photos in messaging templates
I'd like to be able to include photos in my check-in instruction template for airbnb messages. The visual helps guests to know what to look for when arriving to a place they've never been before.
18 votesYou can copy an image from another webpage and paste it into your template. The system will know how to just copy the URL of the image behind the scene and will display it when a message is sent.

Allow Information Submitted via pre-arrival form to be used in templates
Data captured via the Pre-arrival form (such as other guests names) and other information is not be able to be used in a template.
For example, we have to add each guest over 16 to our guest list for access to the community amenities. We capture this information via the pre-arrival form. Currently I have to manually grab that information from the pre-arrival form and manually send it to the community to add them.
Ideally, since the pre-arrival form is capturing that information it would be nice to be able to use that in a email template.

Include a Request to Book event in the triggers
For properties that have a Request to Book, there needs to be an event in the triggers to send an auto email to the guest. For Airbnb, not sure on other channels, but when a guest tries to book but does not meet requirements, they can submit a Request to Book. Right after they submit the request to book, we'd like to be able to send the guest an email or Airbnb message saying that once they verify their ID with airbnb, then they can be approved to book. Make template colors customizable
Branding is a big deal for our company and I've worked really hard to have brand consistency. Some of the pre-done templates have Hostfully's brand colors and we want to be able to change the colors to our brand.

Add a variable for total rent paid
It would be nice to have a variable to total rent paid by a guest (prior to fees and taxes) for their stay that we can use in custom templates in which we want to communicate to an owner their total payout from a guest stay.

Schedule payment reminders to the guest/host when a VRBO reservation is only partially paid
In VRBO reservations, if payment is split into two or more payments, and not all of them is paid, then need to highlight past due payments and/or send payment reminders to the guest/host. Otherwise guest may come and stay and leave without host realizing the reservation was never fully paid! After integration, VRBO doesn't send those payment reminder emails and relies on the PMS (Hostfully) to handle that.
