  2. My rental requires specific pre-arrival registration form. This includes the names of each guest and wheter or not they are under 21, and for me to collect 5 pieces of data regarding each car that will access the community

    so I would like to be able to create the custom fields and then organize them in a simple table so that its a legible and usable form

  3. At the moment, most of the templates are able to be disabled, but some of them are auto templates and couldn't be toggled OFF. The Pre-arrival form is one of them.

    I don't want these sent to the guest.

    I don't want Hostfully to automatically send ANYTHING to my guests.

    The system already allows for turning off of all sytem templates that send automatically. Those who are not selectable are NOT sent automatically but manually by the PM, like "Sending a quote" to a guest (this is done from the interface by the user). The Pre-Arrival Form is never sent automatically, unless set up through triggers by the user.

  4. Add more functionality for triggers to apply to Owner Stays, that way we can communicate important info to the owner about their upcoming stay, remind them of the house rules, check-out time, etc. You'd think that owner's would remember all this stuff, but they don't.

    There is Vrbo URL variable per say, but it is easy to define this variable using Templates and Triggers > Custom Data. Create a variable of type [$VRBO_URL$], and for each property, just add the URL of your listing for this variable. You can then use the variable in your template and the system will automatically feed the right value for each property. https://help.hostfully.com/en/articles/2762015-define-and-use-custom-data

  12. Hostfully default template "Thanks for booking: booking confirmed" contain numbers, which will be removed on Airbnb Inbox, resulting in formatting issues. I want the default templates to work fine for all channels.

    Just create a custom template with all the variables (data) you need to receive by email. Then create a Trigger of type "Complex Condition", with event condition "When Pre-Arrival Form is submitted", and associate that template to this trigger.

  14. Guest pre-arrival form that collects phone numbers instead of email addresses in case guests have to be evacuated from a wildfire.

    If a neighborhood rips through a neighborhood, making contact with a guest via email isn't an effective way to contact all guests to evacuate.

  15. When I look at the triggers there is no trigger for Hold or Hold reminder in the picklist.

    We want to use that because we work in multiple countries so we can send the specified email.

    We already have a system template for Holds - which is why the system does not expose a trigger. You can toggle the Hold templates and have them in different languages, so the system will automatically choose the right language.

    Hello there. You can already use Hostfully triggers to respond to any messages you want, whether they are guest inquiries or even new messages hitting your Hostfully Inbox. Just create the message you want to acknowledge reception and tie it to any triggers.

  19. I'd like to be able to include photos in my check-in instruction template for airbnb messages. The visual helps guests to know what to look for when arriving to a place they've never been before.

    You can copy an image from another webpage and paste it into your template. The system will know how to just copy the URL of the image behind the scene and will display it when a message is sent.
