  1. When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
    This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.

  3. Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

  5. This seems a ginormous oversight on the part of Hostfully, which could be very easily fixed - by not pooling together Fee / Service / Resolution adjustments into the one variable "Fee adjustment", and instead having a separate variable for each so they can be pulled in report separately.

  6. Our team is trying to see when we receive the most messages to put together a schedule for our employees that makes sense. Knowing how many messages we receive in a week or weekend will allow us to know how many team members should be on at once to assist guests.

  10. Be able to keep the balance in city ledger or guest ledger or advance deposit. To include revenue for the days and balance of city ledger (guest who already checked out and have outstanding balance), guest ledger ( the guest who are still in house and have any outstanding balance) or advance deposit account.

  12. More fields in Property reports to export data such as property information (address/ long-lat), listing content (description, note, public name, rules ...), property setup (property type, bedrooms - bed type, guests, rate, fees ....).

    It would be much more helpful if we can export it from UI as we have multiple properties and this kind of report can help us with an overview of properties setup and we can figure what we have to fix.

  14. When creating an enhanced report, Owner Blocks and Agency Blocks should be recognized as reservations or its own separate category that can be included in the report. This is very critical when looking at financials and occupancy.

  15. There should be a report that collects all Due Owner (Net) amounts after adjustments from all owners. This way, the finance team can process payments to owners in bulk.

    This approach will be more convenient for accounts with many properties and owners.

  19. Currently, we could extract the status of the leads, however, once they become confirmed bookings, there's no way for us to keep track whether they were inquiries or instant booking or booking requests.
    It should be a report to show us the original status of a booking as we want to the conversion % from inquiries/booking requests to confirmed bookings.

  20. I want to show the guest service fee charged by the channels into Hostfully. This fee is paid by guests to channels and not related to my accounting, but I want to show the total amount the guest paid.
