  2. More fields in Property reports to export data such as property information (address/ long-lat), listing content (description, note, public name, rules ...), property setup (property type, bedrooms - bed type, guests, rate, fees ....).

    It would be much more helpful if we can export it from UI as we have multiple properties and this kind of report can help us with an overview of properties setup and we can figure what we have to fix.

  3. When creating an enhanced report, Owner Blocks and Agency Blocks should be recognized as reservations or its own separate category that can be included in the report. This is very critical when looking at financials and occupancy.

  6. When it comes to split payments, in transaction report, I would like to see the fees and taxes split. Currently, it's showing the fees and taxes for the entire stay, not just for each transaction.

  8. Currently, we could extract the status of the leads, however, once they become confirmed bookings, there's no way for us to keep track whether they were inquiries or instant booking or booking requests.
    It should be a report to show us the original status of a booking as we want to the conversion % from inquiries/booking requests to confirmed bookings.

  10. When creating a report, I would like to be able to create a conditional similar to isChannel(airbnb) to check the property and/or owner. There are situations where we want to adjust an amount for a specific property that are not covered by any of the existing conditionals.

  11. If I receive $5000 in rent and charge 20% commission then my agency fee = $1000. I want to be able to make an adjustment to the rent (say a refund of $1000) and then the commission to auto adjust on the report to $800. Right now, i cant use it because the adjustment reflects a a new line item rather than adds or subtracts to rent amount.

  14. I run a lot of reports, and they start to stack up in the RECENT REPORTS.
    I like a clean house, so go in and delete them when done ever so often.
    But using the Delete button is slow. Love to have either a:
    1) Checklist and bulk delete
    2) Delete by TYPE or Report run
    3) Delete all

    Options.

  16. When scheduling enhanced reports, there should be additional options for the frequency of report generation. Currently, the only options are Daily, Weekly, and Monthly frequency. For those that use additional software that integrates with Hostfully to import reservations, a report is often needed more than once a day. Please integrate smaller timeframes, for instance, 1-hour - given that bookings can happen at any time and integrated software needs to stay updated with new reservations.

  17. Currently, the Financial Reports shows the Agency percentage as % of gross revenue, but our arrangement is based on the nightly rental only. This requires more manual work to produce reports for the owners.

    It would be great to pre-determine which parts of the revenue is split on a percentage basis (nightly rent) and which go in full to the Agency (say a management fee) or to the Owner (say cleaning fee, if the owner pays that).

  19. Could you add the new column showing the total number of bedrooms on each listings to the report?

    We need to conduct an internal analysis on the performance of each property according to their typology (studios, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, etc.) in order to define different commissions based on the property type. I believe this is the only way to determine it.

  20. I would like property custom datas (amount, numbers, or any type of info) to be pushed to enhanced reports, within the property fields.
    For instance, while I don't want to add a linen fee in the price (because it is included in the cleaning fee), I need the linen fee to appear for each reservation in the report in order to calculate the owner income (Our linen fee is not per guest, the fee depends on the property beds number).
