  2. At the moment, Hostfully only supports LOS discount for Vrbo while on Vrbo it has Seasonal or Early booking discounts as well. It's not possible to apply those discounts on Vrbo as the calendar is blocked due to integration with HF

  4. At the moment, it's not possible to open up a date which is turnover day, even when we uncheck the box "Prevent check-in on that day".

    The only way is to change Turnover day to 0 temporary if there's any specific guest wanting to book that date, then quickly change it back to 1.

    We want the Ability to flexibly remove turnover day for some specific dates

  11. Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.

  12. We would like to have Property Bulk edit on the Pricing page where Nightly price, minimum stay and Check-in/out Restrictions work separately. It means that you could choose to bulk edit some of them or all of them instead of default bulk edit for 3 of them.

  15. If I have minimum 2 days bookings on my properties I'll likely to have som orphan days to. If my property is booked from monday to wednessday and then again from thursday to saturday and then again from sunday to tuesday. I'll have orphan days from wednesday to thursday and then again from saturday to sunday.
    Orphan day comes up when minimum days of 2 or more comes up and there is a slot between bookings that cannot be booked because of the minimum days.

    PriceLabs has there solution for how to fill out the orphan days, but the told…

  18. After you click on one of agency pricing periods on the property, it opens a pop up box with the ability to edit the pricing, minimum night stay, and restricting check-in/out. I’d like to be able to see the name of the season I’m editing not just the dates. Also if I have previously input a price and minimum night stay, I’d like those to remain, or have a “previously set” display so I can know if these have already been edited.

On the set agency pricing periods pop up it would be great if it could show what prices and minimum night stays have already been set, rather than having to look at those dates on the calendar to check them, particularly since on save, the calendar moves back to today, rather than remaining on the 2025 screen.

  20. With the recent changes to Owner Adjustments, we can no longer create an Adjustment with a date in the future. This is very important for us to be able to enter adjustments that we be recognized in the future and don't want to forget to enter it.
