  1. On the property setting page, there's a setting called "Only check-in On," which allows PMs to specify certain days of the week for check-ins. However, this setting is easily overridden on Pricing tab when updating pricing by dragging dates for a certain period, or when a dynamic pricing tool updates price-only to Hostfully.

    To address this, I would like to request the following enhancements:

    • Maintain "Only check-in On" Setting: Ensure that the "Only check-in On" setting is preserved and not overridden when updating prices manually for multiple days or when using a dynamic pricing tool.

  3. Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.

  5. Allow the cleaning fee to vary depending on the length of stay. For instance if a guest has a long stay of two months the cleaning fee should be double a typical 5 night stay.

  7. I want to automatically apply a 11.57% rental tax rate for short-term stays and a 1.5% rental tax rate for long-term stays (over 30 days) when guests book, depending on their stay duration.

  8. For Sub unit (under Master Sub setup), or unit (under Multi Unit setup), enhance clone logic so photo tags can also be cloned.

    That'd help with the case where PM can consolidate all photos on Master unit / Hotel level, and upon new unit(s) being added, instead of doing all photos again (description, order, tags) which is tedious, now they all can be cloned from Master / Hotel level, and PM only needs to revise afterwards.

  11. We would like to have Property Bulk edit on the Pricing page where Nightly price, minimum stay and Check-in/out Restrictions work separately. It means that you could choose to bulk edit some of them or all of them instead of default bulk edit for 3 of them.

  17. It might be confusing between Minimum nights and weekend minimum nights in property settings. I just think people will think that the minimum stay requirement would override a minimum weekend requirement.

    It would be great to show a more detail in the tooltip to inform users that weekend minimum nights will override minimum nights field.

  19. The channel rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rate and not the extra guest fee.

    This may create some inconvenience for us and our property listings on AirBnB, VRBO, and Booking.com. We would be more than happy if this feature is taken into account.
