  1. Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

  3. How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?

    For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

  4. Rate multiplier amount should appear in Lead modal to avoid confusion. I have cases where total rent is less than Rent amount because of rate multiplier of -25%

  6. As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.

    We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due

  8. The rate multiplier is showing as a line item on lead details.
    I want to have the option to hide it.
    * Feedback: when adding a new "feature" maybe you should give the users options if they WANT to even use this feature instead of just implementing it with no choice.

  9. Sometimes we need to have guests fill out a form outside of the PAF, and/or Rental Conditions and it would be really useful to be able manually mark that the form has been completed.

    This would also be useful for returning guests to not have to complete again.
    This way, we could not worry about triggers with the condition of having completed the PAF.

  12. Current behavior:

    when a booking.com reservation's property is changed,
    => the roomId is changed on Pipeline.

    => The property name need to change manually in Hostfully.

    Request:

    When one reservation modification has been made, the change should be applied for both roomID on Data tab and the property/unit name on Lead Details page. Otherwise, it can confuse users.

  13. When a guest submits an inquiry/request, they select the add-ons from the payment flow and those appear in the Lead modal as a Service, which is not editable. However, sometimes we need to adjust that amount or remove it, but we're not able to do that.

    I understand we can use "Add line item" with a negative amount to adjust it, but it's not a good route. So if we're about to modify the Service from the Lead modal, it would be much more helpful.

  14. Make the Status dropdown into a multi-select, so that I could show just all On Hold and Booked items, for example.

    Add "Booking Date", "Status", and "Property" to the list in the Sort by drop down.

  16. It would be helpful if there is an option to allow us to zero out the multiplier when needed to get these mid term rentals the exact price we need to.

    For example, a 29-night stay is 2000 but there is a rate multiplier of 4% so I have to enter rent amount as 1923.5 but the total is not exact 2000.

At the moment, it's not possible to manually override the agreement/manually mark that guests have signed the rental agreement. 90% of our reservations imported already signed a rental agreement and we do not want guests to have to resign it. The guests will not send access information if they have not signed it.

    Having ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually would be very helpful, especially when onboarding customers.

  20. The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.

    I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.
