  2. Bad Review Feature (Postpone Review Until End of Airbnb Review Period)

    This feature would be an option to toggle a reservation where you are anticipating a bad review, therefore delaying your automated guest review from being posted to Airbnb until the final second of the 14-Day Guest Review Period.

    That way when it posts, it is hidden deeper in your listing's reviews if you had other guests stay & review within that 14-day period. The other benefit would be that your review posting last minute will postpone the automated Airbnb message to the guest to leave you a review once it's too late, rather than reminding them to leave you a…

  3. Make it easier to read reviews

    How do I read these direct booking reviews? I click on them and nothing opens up. Is the only way to read them is to click on "edit"? You want me to read them in that little edit box. That is not a good software design. That edit box is tiny. This wasn't thought out very well. Please create a request for a feature.

  4. Send reminder to guest when they didn't leave the review their stay

    I would just like reminders sent to guests who have not yet left a review, if they have left a review then they do not get the reminder,

    So a set message encouraging to please review the property

  5. Private Feedback in Reviews

    Add a tool to view the "private feedback' guests leave with their public review. This is where important property info is often left, and is very valuable info to pass along to supply stockers and maintenance.

  7. Reviews average rating (Revyoos)

    On our widget, we display the average star rating and nº of reviews according to the sources. As initially you will not use our widget, it would be good if you could display this information on your own review section using the information we provide you by API.
